Very relaxing and smooth checking! Make plans before you get there

Great position and the check in process was very smooth. We especially loved the pool to relax after our days venturing into Trinidad. Especially suggested if you rented a car

Cons:

They weren't great at suggestions, language wasn't always clear, and we found it hard to understand. They were super friendly, but I don't think they understood what we were looking for. They didn't mention there's a ride-sharing app when we asked for suggestions on how to go around town without driving.
P.s. If you're using their taxi list, don't call Sean, he overcharged us for a silly drive. Always negotiate your price first! And bring some USD if you have it, prices are usually lower in USD.

Overall had a great experience and staff were kind. Location was peaceful!

Clean, tidy and as advertised .
In a safe area with gated access.
Good wifi
Close to shops.

Cons:

Parking was outside the main gates and only secure between 11pm and 6am when the outer gates locked.
The extra large bed was actually made up from 2 single mattresses thus having a hard ridge down the centre.

No visitors in the room, means exactely that.
Pros:

The customer service was excellent. The only reason they are not 10/10 is that the clause, which stioulates "no visitors" in the rooms was unclear until I got on site.

Cons:

As stated to them, if this is important, then it should feature prominently on the page, not buried in the policy section after payment has been made.

I love how dedicated the staff are towards rectifying any issues faced by guests. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the compound and the room. My friend and I truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend.

Cons:

The wifi kept dropping and we was not able to connect to the apps on the TV. However, this did not prevent us from having a good time.

I loved the pool and the compound was neat. Sharon was amazing, overall great customer service. Loved the security measures. No issues there. We were in walking distance of a plaza which was convenient.

Cons:

Some of the complimentary tea items were sufficient for one person. E.g. sugar. Consider adding a bottle of water, as some persons are coming straight from the airport.

Be a little transparent about breakfast. This will save your guests time and limit any inconvenience.

Pros:

Stayed in one of the studios beside the pool, which was perfect. Spotlessly clean, comfortable room with kitchenette, provided every convenience.
Safe area close to hiking trails, shops & park.
Staff were lovely & helpful.
