Reception were very friendly and chatty
There was no lounge/bar area and my room although comfortable had a window with a brick wall directly in front of it, the bathroom overhead lighting could have been closer to the mirror and the TV only had very basic channels - I watched re-runs of Bake Off with Matt Lucas and Noel Fielding which was entertaining if 10 years old!
Location was great. Price was good and the staff were lovely.
Not a lot. Probably wouldn't stay for more than a few nights because there's not much in the way of services but I don't think its a long stay place anyway.

Lovely room
The location is in the centre of the city so you can walk to most of the city's attractions, shopping and night-time attractions. It is in converted Georgian houses and is nicely decorated. Duke Street is very "urban", with mixed use of premises as well as other hotels and apartments.
The room was a good size and the bed comfortable.
The staff on reception were great. The duty mananger was very attentive when I had a problem with the TV.
I was on the top floor. It was a hot day and my room was very hot. There was no a/c just a fan which was about as effective as a hamster's cage at moving air around. At a different time of the year it might not be a problem.
Don't open the net curtains! The view at the back of the building is grim.
