Cons:

No cold water at all so cleaned teeth in warm water and put warm water in coffee machine. To be fair they supplied 2 bottles of sparkling and still water

Excellent, value,location,surroundings and comfort.
Pros:

Centrally located for all amenities. Clean, well decorated. The beds were really comfortable. Price was good. Staff were polite, friendly & helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay

Cons:

Not a major concern and did not impact our stay but hand wash would be a good addition in the bathroom.

Cons:

The room did not match the photos and was located in the loft, which made it extremely hot and difficult to sleep. The ceiling was very low, so we had to keep bending down to avoid hitting our heads, and the shower was broken—the height could not be adjusted

Cons:

Weather was particularly hot, so struggled a little with the heat (as no air con), although they had tried their hardest by providing a fan for the room - so not sure what more you could do.

Gorgeous! Would stay again !

Quirky hotel,right in the centre of Liverpool,staff were really friendly and full of smiles when we arrived / left ! Room was perfect and even had the fan on for us when we arrived with it being so warm out !
