Lovely place to stay, staff were friendly and helpful, could not have asked for a better time.
Pros:

Huge room, triple aspect, comfy bed. Right in the town centre.

Cons:

There was some noise from outside, music etc, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Good location and big room just the rooms and landing/hallway need a bit of an update.
Pros:

Room was fair, bathroom was a bit dirty. Carpet in the hallway was worn and appeared dirty.

Great location
Pros:

Fabulous location walkable distance to racecourse shops canal/walls etc.
Staff and food were outstanding,

Cons:

Would not want to stay in room 4 again as it was very noisy at night, and early mornings, loud music until 3am, bin men and street cleaning 5/6am we had to have the window open because the room was very warm (early September) despite using the fan in the room, we just found our 3 night stay tiring due to lack of sleep.

Smooth and perfect stay. The coach house bar was a great place too.

Staff were so welcoming with a great attitude.
The lady who checked us in was a credit to the company.

Great location great staff had an enjoyable stay would definitely recommend
Pros:

All of the staff were so nice and friendly, the food we had was excellent and great value money they catered for my wheat intolerance with no issues at all so very grateful for that , the location was great and would definitely recommend and would go back if we went back to Chester again

Cons:

The only slight glitch was the bed could of been a little bit more comfortable , but wasn't a major issue
