Good location lovely staff but need better cleaners
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and it’s in a really good location as central for most things

Cons:

Felt it could of been cleaner . Although the bed and toilet etc was clean there was a lot of dust on the towel rail and on top of all plug sockets and the mugs were stained inside

Pros:

The Coach House Inn is in a great location, right in the centre of town, opposite the Catherdral and the premium double room we stayed in was super spacious & clean. The staff were really friendly & the vegan breakfast was tasty & good value.

Cons:

The room was in the 3rd floor & was uncomfortably warm overnight. There was a big fan in the room & 2 windows could open but the blackout curtains didnt allow the air to come in, so the fan just pushed hot air around. We did stay over a hot weather weekend, so it may be fine on a cooler weekend.

Cons:

We stayed at a very hot time, so although a fan was provided the room was still too hot. This meant leaving windows open - hence we heard the late night noise from hen parties etc.

Pros:

Room was clean and tidy. Reviews regarding the smell of the stairs leading to rooms was muggy smelling but as it constantly used it didn't bother us. Staff were very pleasant. Room was very stuffy during our stay even with the fan on but it was during a heatwave and it was 30 degrees outside so was to be expected. Overall very good weekend

Room very hot, and very noisy till 1am, weather was extraordinary to be fair and window had to be open, police should clamp down on noise in the square, considering it’s a stone throw away…

In the heart of historic district. Wish there was an elevator and wider stairs.

Great location- in the heart of the cities historic district. Great staff and nice bar.

Cons:

No elevator. Stairs were very narrow. I worried how one would manage if a fire broke out.
