管理混乱，把未打扫的房间直接交给旅客，完全不符合东横INN的招牌
Pros:

位于富平车站前，出站就可以看到，楼下就是便利店，房间就是东横inn一贯的水平

Cons:

管理存在问题，前台将尚未打扫的房间房卡交给了我，上楼后2522房间门大开完全没有打扫，床单都没铺，我在门口等了20分钟，打扫的工作人员完全没有沟通的态度对我大呼小叫，我只能拖着行李重新回到前台要求换一个房间，我甚至不得不使用了日语表达需求，我要求前台必须亲自确认房间已经打扫可以入住我才接过新的房卡2111房间入住；作为一家以标准化和严谨著称的日本连锁商务酒店，出现这种低级且严重的房态管理漏洞，令人十分失望。
此外，运营同样混乱：
电梯调度极差： 楼层高且客流大，上下楼等电梯时间漫长，早晚高峰近乎瘫痪；早餐体验糟糕： 取餐区域动线混乱，人流拥挤不堪，餐食补充极不及时，基本处于无人维护的应付状态。除了紧邻富平站的位置优势外，此次入住的管理与服务体验极其糟糕，完全辜负了对东横品牌的信任。

A exceptional breakfast was provided for free. The main dishes changed every morning- The location is central. Public transportation is in working distance. Also, a mall and many restaurants (korean and international cusine) as well as a famous steakhouse are in walking distance.

Toyoko ist eine gute Hotelkette
Pros:

Ein großes Frühstücksbuffet. Zentrale Lage. Einfacher Check-in. Sehr sauber. Bequeme Betten. Große Lobby. Es gibt sogar Pyjamas!
Alles da was man braucht.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück ist es recht laut. Am besten geht man früh morgens.
Die Zimmer sind recht klein aber es ist ausreichend.

住宿地點離地鐵很近，交通很方便，附近也很多地方可以逛，還有lotte mall 賣場，早餐也很豐富。

Cons:

有個地方一直覺得很奇怪，住了一個星期，每天提供的肉品，肉質很奇怪，不是肉的品質有問題，就是肉還沒有退冰就下去烹調，這是韓國，不應該有這種品質的肉，而且這是日式酒店，怎麼會提供這樣品質的肉呢？
