微妙に残念
Pros:

周辺に飲食店などたくさんあり場所的にはよかった。
駅にもまぁ近い。

Cons:

フロントの女性の声が小さめ。
お昼からのカフェのメニューが少なくて残念だった。
紅茶は美味しかったが、マフィンはそうでもなかった。

Pros:

駅から近く、スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。
朝食は、おかずがワンプレートですが、ボリューム満点でした！

Cons:

朝食の時間が7時からですが、ワンプレートが出てくるまでの時間がけっこう掛かり、出勤を急ぐ方はドキドキです。せめて6時45分からにして頂けると余裕を持って食べられると思います。

Pros:

翌日持っていく手土産(食品)を冷蔵庫で預かってくれました。部屋に備え付けの冷蔵庫には冷凍機能がなかったので、保冷剤は冷凍してもらえて助かりました。ありがとうございました。

裝潢非常現代簡潔與科技
設備齊全

飯店只有黃色光源，照明稍嫌不足，化妝也不是那麼適合
周遭剛好在施工，要抵達飯店須繞路:(

駅から近くで清潔感があり、ランドリーも手頃な価格で利用できました。清掃のスタッフの方も挨拶をしてくださり好印象です。

Cons:

シャワーと手洗いの切り替えが必要で、温度調整をする必要があるのがほんのちょっと手間でした。現在、周りで工事をしているので景色を楽しみたい方や音に敏感な方は気になるのではと思いました。

滞在初日の翌朝、フロント奥のレストランで朝食をいただいていた際、ホテルのアメニティであるナイトウェア姿のまま、明らかに起床直後と分かるような状態の男性が朝食会場に現れ、とても驚きました。

周囲のお客様も皆さん驚いた様子で、特に外国人のお客様の中には、戸惑いや不快感を示されている方もいらっしゃいました。

もちろん、他の宿泊客としては、直接的な被害がない限り何かを言える立場ではなく、その場では見て見ぬふりをするしかありませんでした。しかし正直なところ、せっかく楽しみにしていた朝食の時間が台無しになり、食後にゆっくりコーヒーを楽しむ気持ちも失せてしまいました。

このホテルに厳密なドレスコードがないとしても、公の朝食会場にそのような格好で来られるのは、マナーとして適切ではないように感じます。

また、レストランはフロントのすぐ近くにあり、スタッフの方々も状況に気づいていたと思われますが、特に対応がなかったことにも驚きました。ホテル側には、他の宿泊客への配慮という観点から、必要に応じて一言お声がけいただきたかったです。

ホテル全体の雰囲気や質にも関わることだと思いますので、今後はこのようなケースへの対応方針を検討していただければ幸いです。

Pros:

Good value hotel located close to railway station and with access to railway line to port area (for cruise travellers) and Kobe airport. Food outlets and Lawsons within walking distance. Reception is on second floor. Luckily outside appearance of hotel is distinctive and therefore easy to find. Access was slightly impeded due to building works next door however there was no noise from these.
