Pros:

Amazing value for money. Everything was clean, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the food was fresh and tasty. A wonderful place to relax after exploring the south coast.

W hotelu jest ciągła budowa - budują coraz to nowe budynki przez co od 8 rano jest głośno.
W łazience nie ma nawet jednego mydełka.
Pokój przez 3 dni nie był sprzątany.
Obiekt chwali się 50 pokojami ale ma praktycznie zerowy parking. Jeśli ma się pojazd to albo musi stać na ulicy albo będziesz ciągany, żeby go przestawiać dla innyych.
W pokoju jest niby kuchnia, w której jest lodówka, czajnik, 2 talerze i 2 szklanki. Po kuchni biegają karaluchy.
Część pokoi znajduje się nad kuchnią hotelową, przez co słychać personel od rana do wieczora.
Basen był brudny.

The owner , he was rude and unprofessional
The construction disturbance and noise when you swin in the small pool , they were building new wing or renovating, and it was so noisy.
The rules and policy of you should order before 9 pm , even water you can not get, past 9 pm you will not be served .
The food menu is very expensive compared to outside restaurants.

Upon arrival place seemed nice a bit overgrown and damp but nice enough.

Cons:

We were not given room we booked. We booked lux quad room but was given a triple. Place is currently a building site. Id check before booking. Rooms were not cleaned properly for our arrival. Toilet and showers dirty. We left and took a refund.

Amazing accomodation in nice Sri Lanka nature
Pros:

This stay was really amazing, the location and the accomodation itselves is really beautiful. All the staff at the hotel is also super friendly and always willing to help with everything. There are two swimming pools, it is not far from beach, not far from restaurants

Sehr schönes Hotel in entspannter Lage mit einigen kleinen Störfaktoren
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen, mit zwei verschiedenen Pools. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross, wir hatten sogar eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls gross. Alles war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Vor dem Zimmer gibt es einen Tisch auf der Veranda, was uns sehr gefallen hat.
Wir konnten über die Rezeption relativ spontan einen Scooter leihen, zu einem vergleichsweise günstigen Preis. Im Hotel kann man Wasser und andere Getränke kaufen, sowie Essen direkt aufs Zimmer bestellen. Die Preise sind fair und das Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich, jeden Tag gab es eine Auswahl an verschiedenem Gebäck, Eierspeisen & Obst sowie Getränken.

Cons:

Im Zimmer hat es leider durchgängig etwas muffig gerochen.
Direkt nebenan ist eine Baustelle, die teilweise sehr laut ist, und auf der relativ früh morgens (ca. 8 Uhr) begonnen wird, zu arbeiten. Man hört es sowohl im Zimmer, als auch am Pool.
Das Personal war sehr unterschiedlich freundlich und professionell. Es gibt einige, ziemlich junge, Mitarbeitende, die beim Frühstück oder am Pool durchgängig sehr laut herumgealbert haben, sodass wir uns etwas gestört fühlten. Leider habe ich mich zwischenzeitlich auch etwas beobachtet gefühlt, insbesondere von jüngerem, männlichen Personal.

Comfortable stay with great food and ambiance, but affected by pool and parking issues
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We booked two double rooms and one family room, both double rooms had plenty of space and even included a separate pantry area. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.
The family room, which featured an attic, was also very spacious and added to the overall comfort of our stay.
We really enjoyed the breakfast and it was delicious and satisfying. The villa itself is surrounded by lot of greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Cons:

The only downside was the pool and parking. There are two pools on the property, but both seemed to have a very high level of chlorine. The strong smell was noticeable around the pool area, and while using the smaller pool, it caused eye irritation. Also, some of our friends noticed discoloration in their swimwear after using the pool.
Parking was also a bit inconvenient, as there is no properly organized parking space. We often had to wait for other vehicles to be moved before we could leave the premises.
