Sehr gerne wieder!
Pros:

Superschön. Ich war in einem der Hinterhäuser. Tolles Zimmer und ohne Teppich (Teppiche sind finde ich immer ekelig). Leckeres Frühstück und schöner Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf die Schottenkirche.

Freundlichkeit und Erreichbarkeit. Anfragen wurden sehr schroff bearbeitet. Beim Check in warteten ich und 2 weitere Gäste 15 Minuten bis jemand kam.

Parkplatz unbedingt reservieren

Gute Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Parkplatz war zwar vorhanden, hätte aber bei Buchung reserviert werden müssen. Ein Hinweis darauf wäre nützlich gewesen. Im Erstkontakt sehr unfreundlich, andere Mitarbeiter haben das aber wettgemacht

Ankunft holprig, Aufenthalt gelungen!
Pros:

Ein sehr komfortables Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr erholsam, sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Einzig die Dame, die uns in Empfang genommen hat bei unserer Anreise war unfreundlich. Wir kamen um 13.30 Uhr an und wurden sehr unfreundlich mit „Check in ist ab 15 Uhr“ begrüßt. Dabei haben wir gar nichts verlangt, lediglich nach einem möglichen Parkplatz gefragt. Den hätten wir vorbuchen müssen, was wir aber nicht wussten. Schließlich klappte alles reibungslos, ein wenig Freundlichkeit und Empfangskultur im Gastgewerbe wären noch schöner!

Ich komme wieder!
Pros:

Besonders positiv war das Zimmer. Es war sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem großen regionalbezogenen Wandbild. Begeistert war ich bon der besonders guten Lage. Auf kurzen Wegen war man sofort im alten Stadtkern (Rathaus).

Cons:

Bei der Darbietung des Frühstücks wären, meiner Ansicht nach, noch positive Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten noch offen.

Ruhige Lage und es ist nicht weit in die Altstadt

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung auf dem Zimmer war zu schwach. Im Bad viel zu wenig Licht im Bereich des Spiegels.
