Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut ,die Bedienung flott und freundlich...

Cons:

Als wir auf der Terasse einen Nachmittags Kaffee genießen wollten,durften wir nur links sitzen....schade ! Die Terasse bietet herliche Plätze um ungestört zu sein, aber so war natürlich der Weg fürs Personal kürzer....es war nicht reserviert, sondern einfach Stühle an den Tisch gekippt um nicht dort Platz zu nehmen. Das finde ich immer schade....

Un hôtel idéalement situé pour une escapade au vert.
Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour des randonnées et la décourverte de la région.
La demi-pension que nous avons pu obtenir sur place (car pas proposée par Booking et c'est dommage, car nous n'avons pas pu l'obtenir le premier soir) est vraiment un plus.
Le petit-déjeuner est varié, complet et de qualité.

Lovely walks in the direct surrounding. Restaurant at the property and good cleaning.

Cons:

Not much to do in the area with your dog besides walking, walk routes in the area were unclear.

For the hotel; we traveled with our dog, but it the staff did not seem super dog-friendly. Some were even afraid. We felt a bit guilty to take our dog out because of that. The cleaning staff was not though, they loved the dog and even cleaned when we were out but the dog was inside!

Hotel op goede locatie met fijn restaurant.
Pros:

Locatie is heel mooi en het restaurant erbij is ook fijn. Ontbijt is prima.

Cons:

Entree/receptie niet erg aantrekkelijk. Kamer erg basic, niet echt gezellig. Geen koffie/thee faciliteit. Geen airco.

Pros:

De kamer was in orde, alles wat je nodig had, ontbijt was basic, ik mistte wat zoetigheden. Omgeving was mooi, heel mooie vijver. Vriendelijk personeel en lekker eten in het restaurant

Cons:

Wij hadden kamer nummer 3. En s nachts om het uur sloeg daar een geluid aan, denk van een koeling of zoiets, dit heeft mij de hele nacht wakker gehouden.

Die Bewertung gilt für das Zimmer nach meiner Beschwerde für das Zimmer 205 im Neubau

Man muss jetzt bei der Bewertung aufpassen, weil ich nach meiner Beschwerde das Zimmer wechseln ließ.
Man hatte mir zuerst das Zimmer 5 im Altbau gegeben. Dieses Zimmer hatte den Charme eines Zimmer in einer Jugendherberge. Lieblos und klein. Für den Preis nicht akzeptabel!!! Ganz übel

Nach meiner Beschwerde bei den Mitarbeitern (Danke auch an das freundliche Personal) haben wir ein Zimmer im Neubau, Zimmer 205, bekommen: Wohnzimmer, separates Schlaf- und Badezimmer.
Ich fragte nach, ob diese fast Wohnung den gleichen Preis, wie das lieblose Zimmer 5 mit Jugendherbergs-Charakter hat. Dies wurde bejaht
Also wenn buchen, dann Neubau und Zimmer 5 ablehnen

Comfortable and quiet.
Pros:

Just looking at the location of Heidsmühle, you'd think it was in the middle of nowhere. And...yeah, it sort of is. That's one of it's attractions, though. The first morning I woke up there, I took a hike into the woods on a wonderful path, and I had to force myself to come back for breakfast.

In addition, it had the quiet and calm that I always find in very good hotels. If I would ever find myself in that area again, I would want to stay there.
