Pros:

Habitación amplia, bonito el diseño del hotel con un bonito jardín alrededor y, fundamental el trato humano, tanto de las personas que trabajan allí como de los dueños que son unos trabajadores más.
El desayuno excepcional.

Todo, absolutamente todo, el hotel, limpió, buena ubicación, cama super cómoda y lo más importante de todo, su personal y la dueña del hotel, un 10 grande, no se encuentra gente tan maravillosa en todos los sitios, volveremos seguro.

Pros:

Excelente atención del personal, la habitación limpia, y bien mantenido y cuidado el hotel en general. Cama comoda. No desayune en el mismo asi que no tengo opinión.
El resto esta muy bien también.

Cons:

Unico detalle es que hacen solo limpieza por la mañana, si decidiste salir después del mediodia del cuarto olvidate de encontrarla limpia a tu retorno

Ideal para el descanso, la planificación y el disfrute de toda la zona de Donosti.

El trato y la comunicación con absolutamente todo el personal ha sido más que excepcional, recibimos muy buenos consejos, las instalaciones muy bien mantenidas, la tranquilidad de la ubicación, en la la habitación no se oye un ruido, en la ducha el agua sale bien fuerte, sin duda para repetir. Y los desayunos completos a la carta que todo es recién hecho y puedes repetir y repetir. Ha sido la primera experiencia en hotel de desayuno a la carta y resultó mucho mejor que un buffet.
