sepatutnya bila org cakap datang dengan anak , u jngn la letak tingkat tiga , dengan dukung anak dengan beg lagi dengan tkdk lift lagi , pastu malam nk tido gatal badan 😭 luckily i bawak selimut tebal boleh la i lapik baru i boleh tido 🥹 dah la datang jauh dri penang penat tk hilang 😌 dngn staff tk faham bahasa melayu 😌

Good stay. Near every convenient place. Laundry, mcD, Toppen. Groceries store. Good location.

We like the bathroom, the beds, and the room. The location. The staff are friendly

Cons:

The fact that we don't have a kettle in the room, but I saw a water dispenser on the 2nd floor, but we're on the 3rd floor. Stairs are my enemy 🤣

The environment was poor, the soundproofing was inadequate, and the staff were impolite.
Pros:

住的非常不好，厕所漏水，隔音非常差，床很老旧，床褥的铁已经穿透，让我割伤了后腿。通知工作人员当下马上把铁拔了，可是不是让我们换房间，一句道歉也没有。隔天退费柜台前的小姐态度很不好，不建议住，非常差。

Staff is friendly, but a bit difficult to communicate with in Pakistani staff.

Cons:

房间有蟑螂，跟服务员说他说它知道你来是欢迎你的但没有要处理意愿。墙壁全是肮脏痕迹，厕所缝隙都是霉菌痕迹，下水道不通冲凉淹水。房顶漏水。给我不会再去第二次，恐怖的经验。
