No basic items, and the washbasin is broken. We asked them to repair it, but they didn't.

Cons:

The room was not clean. Yes the bed was prepared but the vape which used by the previous guest also was on the table. The sink was not having piping so when we open the tap, the water spills over. Overall cleanliness was not good.

The room was exactly next to the lobby and noises from outside can be heard clearly. The shower also cannot be used and poor services from the staff.

Masuk² bilik , basah dan ada air bertakung.
Rupanya econ leaking teruk. Kami kena mintak baldi utk tadah air supaya x bertambah leaking dan basah keseluruhan bilik.
Sgt mengecewakan. Dahlah bawak org tua, tapi dpt bilik yg x pernah diselenggara dgn baik.
