Perfect
Pros:

Very relaxing and quaint. Was able to book the spa room and have a massage. Felt so good after hiking .

Amazing little hotel - great location, friendly staff. Very clean.
Pros:

Location was fabulous, very near the historic part but also very quiet. Loved the little spa and g&t was a lovely touch. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were extremely helpful.

Cons:

Minor point but the water pressure was not very strong in the sink taps. It was fine in the shower though.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Einzelzimmer nicht sehr gross, aber völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Wer es ruhig mag, ist hier falsch. Schliesslich liegt das Hotel in der Altstadt und feiernde Pilger sind auch um halb drei morgens noch am Feiern und Grölen. Meine Reisebegleitung fands nicht so gut, mir war das relativ egal.

Excellent place to stay but need to book early as it’s very popular.
Pros:

Love this property and have stayed here several times. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. Clean and spa is tempting.

Pros:

The location is really good, close to the Cathedral in the centre of Santiago.

Cons:

They over charged me , the price for a Premium double room is 193 Canadian dollars and instead they charged me 318.62 CAD , I reported to booking they didn’t do anything about it!
