Great but noise from the trains kept me awake.
Pros:

Clean, well equipped room in a great location wrt to all attractions and was able to hire a bike directly from the hotel.

Cons:

So close to the Central train station that l struggled to get to sleep at night.

Bed bugs :( Otherwise pleasant in new room.
Pros:

Location was nice, building and common area/kitchen was nice. Easy access and good communication from host. (New!) room was pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were bed bugs on the bed when I arrived. Luckily I noticed straight away, but it was quite obvious so I was shocked that the cleaning staff had not noticed. There was a whole "nest" behind the headboard and I saw 3 crawling on the bed. I got offered a new room and the staff were very nice about the situation. But this had a very bad impact on my stay and of course I did not feel very safe in regards to cleanliness and was worried that they were elsewhere in the building.

Koselig, rimelig hotell med bra beliggenhet.
Pros:

Sentral beliggenhet med gangavstand til det meste. Koselig lite hotell. Måltider kan du lage selv på felles kjøkken. Og en koselig hage som man kan slappe av i. Det er også noen få parkeringsplasser.

Un'ottima sistemazione vicino al centro
Pros:

La stanza era spaziosa e accogliente.
Abbiamo utilizzato la cucina per la colazione e per la cena: c'era tutto l'occorrente e l'ambiente era molto carino e accogliente.
Ho utilizzato anche la lavatrice (al contrario di molte recensioni che ho letto l'ho trovata libera, e ne ho approfittato), anche se qualcuno ha interrotto il ciclo dell'asciugatrice che avevo impostato, per cui ho dovuto stendere i vestiti in camera: per fortuna era caldo e si sono asciugati

Cons:

La camera è al terzo e ultimo piano senza ascensore, per cui se avete valigie grosse può essere impegnativo: ma basta saperlo!

God beliggenhed, i gå afstand til det meste af Göteborgs seværdigheder og mange gode spisesteder. Super dejligt med et fælles køkken, hvor man selv kan lave mad.

Perfekt område för vår vistelse.
Koden funkade inte till dörren eftersom den var bytt. Jag hade fått ett SMS om detta men inte upptäckt förändringen. Vi fick dock kontakt med några andra boende som meddelade den nya koden. Inget stort problem.

Pros:

Hotel molto bello in stile tipico svedese, con una cucina attrezzata e macchina del caffè. Zona molto tranquilla, residenziale ma vicino al centro e a molti locali dove poter mangiare, oltre a molti supermercati.
Tornerei senza dubbio in questa struttura !

Schöne Zeit in Göteborg
Pros:

Alles da, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt brauchen kann. Sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Cons:

Beim Duschen läuft das Wasser durchs Badezimmer. Eine Abtrennungsleiste zwischen Dusche und restlichem Bad wäre hilfreich.

Emplacement idéal pour un séjour à Göteborg

I Göteborg då jag flyttat ifrån staden men fortfarande jobbar här och behöver pendla in och bo över.
Pros:

Ett otroligt fräscht lägenhetshotell mitt i vackraste Göteborg.
Vackert, äldre tegelhus med otroligt fräsch och nyrenoverad insida. Jag bodde i ett mindre enbäddssovrum som var precis lagom för mig. Rent och fräscht och modernt. Stort plus med kylskåp på rummet. Lite random men också typ den skönaste toasitsen jag suttit på.
Köket var också fräscht och bra, stort plus att det fanns tillgång till tvättstuga (använde ej dock).
Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Cons:

Tycker det är lite dyrt för att inte erbjuda "mer". Men såklart helt perfekt läge, modernt, fräscht och allt det där. Bara att jag vill hitta någonstans att bo mer regelbundet (pendlar till Göteborg en gång i veckan) och då blir det för dyrt. Men hittade en sista-minuten till mer rimligt pris och önskar verkligen att jag kunde bo här oftare!

A comfortable stay
Pros:

The owner has several buildings with small apartments on each floor. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen, washing machine, and other facilities made the stay in Gothenburg comfortable.
