Pure Idylle, tolles Hotel
Pros:

Top-Hotel in einzigartiger Lage! Ruhe und Natur pur. So herrlich! Alte Olivenbäume, genialer Weitblick! Wir waren begeistert, auch von dem sehr kompetenten und immer freundlichen Personal. Der große Pool scheint gekühlt zu sein im Sommer, sehr erfrischend.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück kam es bei offensichtlich voller Belegung gelegentlich zu Problemen bei der Verfügbarkeit der Tische.

Carísimo para la calidad que tiene
Pros:

La zona de la piscina y tumbonas.

Cons:

- el masaje cráneo-sacral (no saben hacerlo. Era un masaje sin especialidad) y carísimo.
- algunas habitaciones olían muy mal.
- camas muy duras
- la comida del restaurante para cenar fatal. Carísimo y calidad mala.
- Carísimo para la calidad que tenía
- las bebidas de cócteles malísimos también.
- el servicio de room service, fatal. Las camas fatal hechas, y no recogían nada de la habitación. La dejaban tal cual. Solo hacían la cama. Y encima fatalmente hecha.

Rundum ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, mit tollem Ambiente, sehr nettem und kompetenten Mitarbeitern, aber minimalem Verbes

Aussergewöhnlich schöne Lage, sehr gepflegte Anlage unter guter Führung.

Cons:

Es wäre toll, wenn auf der Terrasse wo das Frühstück serviert wird mehr Schattenplätze zur Verfügung stehen würden. Es wäre einfach mit Sonnenschirmen oder Shades Schattenplätze zu schaffen. Bei 30 Grad schon am Morgen, war es unmöglich das Frühstück auf der schönen Terrasse zu geniessen. Auch dass man keinen spezifischen Tisch bekommt trotz Reservation, fand ich schade. Wir wollten den Geburtstag meiner Mutter nachfeiern und konnten leider nicht unseren Wunschtisch reservieren. In einem 5Sterne Haus müsste dies möglich sein.

Pros:

very good breakfast .meals were excellent. Wine was expensive

Cons:

Rooms sparse and not ultra luxury as would expect at this room rate. No fruit basket or free nipples and milf for tea making.
Gym could be better--needs m ore weights better machines, Spa was not staffed sufficiently to offer time choices. Better use of grounds could make pool area, cafe more enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay and really could not fault it. The staff were extremely attentive, welcoming and their memory and small gestures were greatly appreciated. A top class hotel and spa - truly worth the money and we will definitely be back! Gracias!
