The best staff and breakfast ever in a cool setting!
Pros:

The staff are qbsoluteky delightful. The building itself is incredible! So much character. The breakfast was wonderful - for a small hotel you wouldn't believe the variety! Such a cool place to stay.

Cons:

The bed was a little firm. And I need alot of pillows.

Pros:

Местоположение. Задумка автора декора номеров. Как в музее древностей. Ресепшен - милый парень. Все показал и ответил на вопросы. Хороший завтрак. Яйца, творог, сметана, джемы, сосиски, хлопья, чай, овощи и салат.

Cons:

Как вошли в номер, сразу почувствовали духоту и сумрак(несмотря на то, что потолки не менее 3,5 метров) Тусклое освещение, шатающиеся кресла и стол… В кухонном уголке нет ничего кроме чайника и стаканов. На 2-м этаже с кроватями совсем нет воздуха, а на диване даже сидеть не получится-проваливаешься. Спать тоже. Он не больше 160 см и не разбирается.Сын стащил матрас с бельем вниз и я спала около этого дивана.В ванной лейка не держится на месте. Пол с подогревом и очень жарко. Еще утром случилась авария в районе и отключили всю воду а так же свет в коридоре номера. Съезжали не помывшись. Так вот вышло…

nice location, good price but disappointing stay
Pros:

The lady at the reception was very nice so I don't want to write a bad review but it was a disappointing stay. However, the location and the price are good.

Cons:

First and foremost they need to do something about the humidity in the rooms. I understand it is an old house but there should be something they can do to alleviate the stuffiness one feels inside the room. The windows did not have a net, so there were mosquitos in the room. I unfortunately did not sleep much as a result. The breakfast was underwhelming to say the least. There were many good reviews, so I was disappointed. But if you don't mind these things, it has a great location, very affordable price and a very nice smiling person at the desk.

Purtroppo mi ritrovo a scrivere una recensione molto brutta a causa della frustrazione per l’impossibilità a dormire. Mi spiace dover essere dura ma l’esperienza per noi é stata davvero da dimenticare e non credo che questa struttura si meriti una media di review così alta se c’è la possibilità per qualche sfortunato di finire in una stanza come quella assegnata a noi.
Abbiamo richiesto da subito di cambiare stanza ma ci hanno detto che non era possibile a causa del tutto esaurito.
La stanza é buia, l’unica finestra apribile si affaccia sulla scala dell’atrio d’ingresso quindi non c’è luce naturale. Oltre a non avere luce, sulla scala fumano e quindi aprendo la finestra entra il fumo nella stanza, abbiamo avvisato al riguardo e sono stati molto gentili nel dire che avrebbero subito avvisato del divieto di fumare sulle scale. Purtroppo credo che lo abbiano ascoltati ma solo per il primo giorno . Il secondo giorno c’era già di nuovo puzza di fumo. La camera ha un odore sgradevole ( forse per mancanza di ricircolo d’aria appunto) il bagno emette un terribile odore di fogna ed é cieco , la ventola non viene pulita da diverso tempo (abbiamo fatto presente la cosa e il secondo giorno hanno dato una pulita a fondo alla camera ma evidentemente il problema é strutturale).
L’altra finestra affaccia su un tugurio insalubre che non credo possa considerarsi a norma.
Probabilmente da lì o dal bagno che puzza arrivano un sacco di zanzare che ci hanno divorato e tenuti svegli per tre notti (allego foto) . Stanotte la peggiore di tutte. Abbiamo passato ORE , a cercare di liberarci dalle zanzare , ne avremo uccise almeno 10. Mentre scrivo due continuano a girare in camera.
Infine, se anche non ci fossero state le zanzare a tenerci svegli, dal corridoio, dal piano inferiore e dalle camere adiacenti si percepisce ogni movimento, passo o conversazione delle altre persone , quasi come fossero dentro la nostra stessa stanza.

Расположение рядом с метро на тихой улице с односторонним движением в старом доме.
Прекрасный персонал, говорят на русском, помогали решать некоторые вопросы с номером достаточно быстро.
Необычный интерьер у отеля, что добавляет ему узнаваемости.
Номер небольшой, но достаточно комфортный. Поставили дополнительную кровать на втором этаже для ребёнка. В номере было чистое и свежее постельное белье.
Достаточно неплохой завтрак: были сосиски, варёные яйца, сыр, колбаса, хлеб, какая-то кисломолочная продукция, пара салатов, чай, кофе.

Cons:

В целом, в отличие от фото, в жизни состояние отеля немного "уставшее". В номере отходил металлический плинтус от пола, так что можно было поранить ногу, а лейка в душе уже сломаная - из неё текло во все стороны из-за наличия щелей.
Вероятно, есть какие-то проблемы с розетками. Сначала не работал телевизор в номере, но довольно быстро персонал решил этот вопрос (проблема была с розеткой).
Не хватало чайника в номере и стола, но очевидно, там просто некуда его поставить. В целом, на втором этаже в общей зоне, где проходят завтраки можно было в любое время сделать себе чай или кофе.

Pros:

Το ντεκόρ ήταν φανταστικό, σαν ποπ μαυσωλείο, 😁 και η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική. Βρίσκεται σε εναν καταπράσινο δρόμο 3' από το μετρό. Το πρωί ακούγαμε τα πουλιά να κελαηδούν 🐦 Βρίσκεται στην ανερχόμενη hip περιοχή της πόλης, 2 στάσεις μετρό μακριά από την παλιά πόλη, με πολλά πράγματα να ανακαλύψεις τριγύρω, συν 24ωρα σουπερμάρκετ

Δε μου άρεσε το πρωινό, εξ ου και το ένα αστέρι λιγότερο. Για τα γούστα μου ήταν κάτι παραπάνω από κακό, αλλά ακόμα και αν έτρωγα κρέας, το λουκάνικο Φρανκφούρτης και το αλλαντικό τύπου Zwan θα ήταν ultra ανθυγιεινά για να ξεκινήσω τη μέρα μου. Δεν υπάρχει επιλογή για δημητριακά και ο καφές ήταν στιγμιαίος. Και πέρα από αυτό, μου φάνηκε ότι το management δεν είναι supportive απέναντι στους εργαζόμενους

Уютный, небольшой, очень интресный, с миллионами уникальных деталей в интерьере.
Расположение прекрасное, в центре Тбилиси. До основных достопримечательностей либо пешком, либо метро, такси. Каждому свое.
Нам меняли белье и полотенца каждый день.
Хорошие завтрак, без излишеств, но все вкусно и свежее.
Очень приветливый персонал. Буду в Тбилиси, обязательно вернусь.
