Pros:

loved the spa facilities , we didnt eat here as wed already eaten but the food looked amazing that i seen coming out staff all amazing and friendly nothing too much trouble room spotless and large could do with a little modernising in the older block but that wouldnt stop me coming again

Very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and younger members who served breakfast were excellent.
Pros:

Room was great. I liked being able to sit at a desk in the morning sunlight. Shower took ages for any warm water to arrive.

Cons:

Tea cups were stained and looked grubby.

Was expensive for what we got.
Pros:

The location was where we wanted to be , the room was clean very warm . The swimming pool was excellent.

Cons:

The food was adequate but for what we paid was disappointed, the waiting staff were not very friendly or helpful.

Lovely stay. Would come again although prices were discounted by booking. com.

A lovely quaint hotel
Pros:

Dinner and breakfast were superb.as was the swimming pool. The beds were comfortable
Staff were enthusiastic
Car parking and access to the hotel were excellent.

Cons:

Had to look for staff on arrival. The bathroom had no net curtain and had a big window overlooking the car park. There was rubbish in the room

Pros:

Really warm welcome. Room clean and comfortable. Decent shower. Pool was lovely. We had food in the restaurant which was delicious. Breakfast was great.

A very nice hotel in a good location. We would visit again if in the area
Pros:

Friendly staff, good food & nice rooms. Nice touches like mini-scones handed out at the bar, dressing gowns & slippers in the room plus a fridge with bottled water

Cons:

Ceiling fans were decent, but air con would have been useful to better cook the room

Kington Vintage show 2026
Pros:

Very convenient for the Vintage show we were attending in the village.Use of the Cloud Nine Spa facilities was included in the price and we enjoyed this very much.Cleanliness of hotel and Spa was A1

Cons:

There was nothing that we did not like.It was a wonderful 1 night stay and we will be returning next year!

Unfortunate timing with the work coinciding with my visit but thats not my fault.
Pros:

The evening meal in the bar was good and a good price although I did request chips with my chicken pie but was given mash. No big deal and it wasnt worth mentioning. The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The biggest problem was the noise. The hotel cannot be blamed as the council in their wisdom decided to dig up the pavement right outside the front door and replace with block paviours. This was carried out during the night and started about 7 in the evening and apparently went on till 5 in the morning. This involved a road breaker and a disc cutter being used the whole time. I was still awake at gone midnight but must have finally dropped off. I paid £140 for that room and I didnt get a good nights sleep. I think I should get a refund.

Pros:

The staff here were great. Very friendly and welcoming. The leisure facilities are good also although we didn't have a chance to use them. The evening meal was also good. The hotel itself and the rooms are a little dated but it provided a pleasant overnight stay with great bus links to the surrounding towns.
