Absolutely wonderful breakfast fresh and hot great hosts will returning in November

Very clean and tidy always. Spotless. Rooms were spacious and lots of fresh air . Very quiet and peaceful area after coming from the hustling and bustling of the Pleasure beach and surroundings.

Staff and location and parking

Linda and Tony are two of the most welcoming hosts. They treat you as friends and remember your name which is impressive. They go out of their way to accommodate anything you may need.
The hotel is spotless. I stayed in a king-size room which was great size. I always look for hotels with a fridge in the room which this had. Plenty of tea/coffee/hot chocolate and individual packets of biscuits were provided.
The room is serviced every day and everything is replenished. Room 5 had the best carpet I've ever had in a hotel.
The bed was comfy with a firm mattress.
A cooked breakfast was included and very nice.
There is a bar as well which I didn't use but from the price list in the Info pack, it seems to be well stocked.
I will definitely be returning.

We found a Blackpool GEM!
2 nights stay for the Air Show and didn't dissapoint.
Close to the pleasure beach and on a tram stop. 5 minute walk to the beach. Free car parking was a bonus! Quiet spot so great nights sleep was had.
Linda & Tony were great hosts. The hotel is immaculate. What stood out was the cleanliness from fluffy towels and fresh bedding to very comfy beds. Room was great size!
Breakfast was plentiful and at our request a packed lunch made for our day trip out.
We will return. Thank you

We loved the stay. The owners are so friendly and they also do the best breakfast in the world

I was so well looked after, I was out too early one morning for breakfast so they made me a packed lunch! Breakfast on the other mornings was excellent.

Linda and Tony are fantastic hosts. Their breakfasts and hospitality are top notch. Hotel is very clean, comfy beds and really good location. Would highly recommend.

Linda and Tony were absolutely fantastic hosts. From checking in to checking out, they chatted with us and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked relatively new. Everything was spotless and they had a very handy information booklet with everything you could possibly need to know.

Breakfast was amazing. We ordered the hot food when we checked in, and it was truly delicious.

Parking was free and easy. Location was perfect for the pleasure beach, and it was easy to walk/get the tram to anywhere else.

We absolutely will stay here any time we’re in Blackpool.

Tony and Linda welcome me as I arrived with a beautiful smile and I said I hadn't been to Blackpool for 10 years so Tony gave me a lot of update information about Blackpool. So for anyone reading this review should book here as its also in a very quiet location 👌💯

Tony and Linda run an impeccable B&B. Would come again. Breakfast was very tasty. Rooms fit our needs for our weekend away with family.

Room was lovely, clean and bed was amazing. Breakfast was best I've had. Little bar was great and my teenage son and his pal loved playing darts and pool. He wants to stay there all the time!
