Pros:

Avevo già soggiornato in passato presso questa struttura per motivi di lavoro. Sicuramente è indicata più per chi si muove per località termali e di cura, nonché per visitare i laghi. Tuttavia risulta comoda per la zona di Bergamo e dintorni.
Colazione standard, continentale. Camere ampie e pulite. Purtroppo non presente l’aria condizionata in stanza, tuttavia camera fresca.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

De locatie was oke, rustig. Wel ver van alles af. Met ruim een kwartier lopen kom je in dorp met leuke ijszaakjes en restaurantjes.

Cons:

Onze vlucht was door weersomstandigheden gecancelled en door de luchtvaartvaartmaatschappij werden we doorverwezen naar dit hotel. We reisden met 3 kinderen en we hadden aangegeven dat we de kamers graag dicht bij elkaar wilden hebben. Dit is niet gelukt want we zaten verspreid over 3 verdiepingen. De doublerooms waren oke maar de kinderen lagen op single room. daar was geen airco en het was ontzettend heet. Op een van de kamers was het ventilatortje kapot maar toen we om een vervangende vroegen werd dit niet geregeld. Ik heb nog nooit zon droevig ontbijt gezien als hier. Droge broodjes, blauw/groene eieren en uitgedroogde worst. Weinig keuze in beleg. Het enige eetbare waren de voorverpakt crackertjes. en We hebben tot 5 keer toe de aanvraag voor een taxi busje voor 5 personen aangevraagd die ons weer naar vliegveld zou brengen en alle keren werd ons verzekerd dat ze dit zouden regelen. Toen we uiteindelijk stonden te wachten kwam er een gewone taxi aangereden waar we niet met zijn allen in konden. Dit heeft ons niet alleen veel tijd gekost maar uiteindelijk ook dubbele kosten aangezien we nog een 2e taxi moesten bestellen.

Staff gentile e disponibile! Struttura in area verde e tranquilla . Lenzuola pulite !

Cons:

La struttura ha la moquette ovunque e nelle camere, nelle aree comuni era molto sporca , la stanza presentava ragnatele penzolanti , il bagno datato con segni di usura e poca cura ( lo scarico con segni evidenti di scarsa manutenzione) . Colazione pessima !! Poca scelta e di scarsa qualità ! Pulizia scarsa !

Pros:

La struttura non è nuova,ma è ben tenuta. La camera a me assegnata era molto ampia, mancava l'aria condizionata( per me non è un problema),ma aveva il ventilatore a soffitto. Ho trovato la camera fresca e ho dormito molto bene.
Personale molto gentile, ho chiesto una bottiglia d'acqua e non ho pagato nulla.

Cons:

Ho trovato la colazione poco varia e, soprattutto,molto cibo confezionato. Essendo estate,mi aspettavo di trovare la frutta fresca,ma non c'era. Si può migliorare.

Tapparella non funzionante,tv uguale. Moquette sporca.
Dentro il letto c’erano le cimici del letto. Le abbiamo uccise e buttato i cuscini a terra,assurdo

Pros:

Sicuramente la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, il parcheggio e l’ampiezza dei locali. Io ho usufruito di uno sconto, quindi prezzo molto conveniente.

Cons:

Purtroppo la struttura è un po’ vecchiotta e quello che incide negativamente è la presenza della moquette che risulta macchiata sia nella camera che nei corridoi. La colazione andrebbe migliorata.

Hotel insoddisfacente. Poca attenzione al cliente.
Pros:

Hotel comodo per raggiungere Villa Canton per festeggiare un matrimonio

Cons:

Problemi di pulizia, aria condizionata non possibile regolare la temperatura o spegnerla. Mancanza di carta igienica e sapone. Abbiamo fatto presente in reception senza ottenere soluzioni. Colazione non all’altezza: si può fare molto meglio.
