Hotel en un balneario, que aparenta un poco "decadente". En todo caso el edificio de hotel es nuevo y las habitaciones están bien, limipias, y son amplias. Está en un pueblo las afueras de Bérgamo, con un precio bastante más razonable que en la ciudad. Aparcamiento amplio y gratuito y desayuno digno. La relación calidad precio excelente.

Aver pagato 165€ per un tugurio è veramente una vergogna. Struttura che dall' esterno si presenta bene, curata anche se inserita in un contesto urbano veramente brutto. Ma il bello arriva quando si entra nella struttura. Sembra essere rimasti ai primi anni del 1900. La puzza di vecchio si sente a chilometri. Ma la cosa più vergognosa è la camera che mi è stata assegnata. Un materasso sopra delle doghe con 4 gambe. I sanitari del bagno erano del periodo fascista. Il televisore, diciamo che il mio tablet è molto più grande. L' armadio avevo paura ad aprirlo perché un' anta si sarebbe potuta staccare. Insomma ORRORE. Io mi chiedo come BOOKING possa far fedelizzare certe strutture vergognose

Il pavimento del bagno della camera era sporco compreso lo scopettino e il wc aveva segni di calcare nella tazza, la moquette della stanza era rovinata.

Personale di rara maleducazione.
Ti chiamano con tono strafottente dicendo che purtroppo si sono dimenticati di comunicare cbe non avevavo più disponibilità.
" deve cancellare la prenotazione ."
Alla fine si trova dopo decine di telefonate ed intervento di booking la possibilità di pernottare almeno una volta.
Il tutto con una maleducazione dello staff che poi si è manifestata tale anche durante il soggiorno.
Camere sporche senza neanche un bicchiere in bagno o una bottiglia d'acqua messa a disposizione.
Colazione misera e di bassa qualità.
Chiediamo col ceck out con la solerte signorina lo ha effettuato mentre effettuava una telefonata personale.
Soggiorno in hotel per circa 100 notti all'anno...ma trovata tanta maleducazione.
