Thanks for being helpful (I had to borrow an umbrella and get a taxi to Foggia).
Pros:

Very near the Santuario of San Pio. It takes around 10 minutes to the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie and to the bus stops at Piazzale Forgione. Note that the roads in San Giovanni Rotondo are steep. It can get tiring to walk uphill some times.

Cons:

Not all personnel at the front desk speak English. Only one guy did. The other Senior guy and the lady definitely did not speak English at all. Anyway, I could manage with Google translate on my handy. The WIFI service in the upper floor was not optimal. I just gave up trying to connect and used my own cellphone DATA. My situation was not so bad, as my roaming did not cost extra and I only had to stay one night at the hotel.

Pros:
