From June 29 to July 17, 2026, the underground parking garage will be closed due to renovation works. The hotel reception will be happy to assist you in finding an alternative parking option.

אנשי הקבלה במלון היו מאוד נחמדים ונכונים לעזרה ושאלות 24/7 ואף גילו אדיבות ואפשרו לנו כניסה מוקדמת לחדר, המלון פעיל מאוד ומעוצב בצורה מודרנית ועדכנית, יש רחבה גדולה בלובי עם פינות ישיבה רבות בעיצוב מגניב(דבר שלא מצוי בכל המלונות האירופאיים) ומשדרג את החוויה , יש אפילו משחקי קופסא שניתן לשבת איתם בפינות הישיבה, פטיו, בר ברמה גבוהה ופינת קפה עם מכונת קפה טובה חופשית ובחינם למשך כל היום והלילה, החדר מעוצב מודרני ומגניב יש לוח צג/טאבלט לתפעול החדר,מזגן טוב, שמיכות נעימות ומקום להניח את הדברים. המלון ממוקם מאחורי הרובע היהודי מיקום קצת צדדי ושקט אך מרחק הליכה הן מהרובע והן מאחד הקניונים, נסכם כחוויה טובה לסיום הטיול שלנו בפולין.
המלון נקי בסך הכל אך ריצפת החדר טעונה שיפור בניקיון, בנוסף היה שטיח בחדר שגרם לי לאלרגיה (כששמים שטיחים בחדרים ליופי ואווירה צריך להקפיד לשאוב אותם בצורה סופר יסודית) , החדר נחמד מאוד בסך הכל אך במקלחת יש להקפיד לנקות עם חומרים מסירי אבנית הן מהחרסינות על הקיר והן מהמקלחון עצמו על מנת לאפשר אווירת ניקיון מקסימלית , המלון טיפה צדדי מול מסילת רכבת מה שבמבט ראשון נותן קצת תחושה של מיקום צדדי אבל זה לא משמעותי כשמבינים איך להסתדר, הפטיו נסגר מוקדם מידי לישיבה..שזה קצת חבל..

Puro Hotel is one of those places where you can tell that every detail has been carefully thought through. From the design and atmosphere to the little touches throughout the stay, everything feels intentional and well executed.
One of the highlights was the complimentary walking tour of Kazimierz. Our guide was fantastic—knowledgeable, engaging, and full of interesting stories that made us appreciate the neighborhood even more. The hotel also offers free bikes for guests, which we unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but it’s another example of the thoughtful extras they provide.
The lounge area with complimentary coffee and tea was a lovely place to relax after exploring the city. Even something as simple as the hand soap and shower gel stood out—the scent was absolutely wonderful and added to the overall experience.
Overall, this is a hotel that genuinely cares about the guest experience. It’s full of thoughtful details that make your stay feel special, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
The only small downside, which seems common in many modern hotels these days, is the bathroom design. The bathroom isn’t fully enclosed, so privacy is somewhat limited. It’s not unique to Puro, but it’s worth mentioning if you’re sharing a room with someone you’re not particularly close to.
