Great resort but don’t expect excellent service

The facilities and restaurants were great

Cons:

Hospitality and customer service of all staff members come across was appalling… no chatty manner or recognition of your presence. Very forgetful and wouldn’t follow up on multiple occasions when things were requested

A perfect stay!
Pros:

Beautifully styled hotel and rooms. Comfortable room and great pool area. The location is perfect with many restaurants within the hotel/walking distance. The staff were absolutely so welcoming and accommodating.

Cons:

The poolside room was a little noisy, we could hear music (although not super loud) until around 10-11pm and again at 7am. Some road noise also from the third floor.

Pros:

Stunning hotel, room was magnificent. Mini bar was a Mega bar. Fantastic restaurants. Loved everything about this place. The shopping nearby is great also.
