This property provides luxury with a super cool retro but modern vibe! Amazing attention from the staff - so helpful and really nice friendly crew. The location can’t be beaten with incredible shopping and dining all around. We don’t think we could honestly stay anywhere else in Brisbane as I know we would be disappointed compared to the Calile. We are back on the 12th of May - unfortunately only for one night - but can’t wait!
The luxurious Hotel experience
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful
Not being able to use the Calile App because I booked through booking.com. If I had know this were to be the case I would have booked directly with the Calile
Also as our room was directly adjacent to a venue for weddings we did find it quite obtrusive.
Shower was Luke warm
The service and the food
Just an average hotel. My room was dark and the decor is underwhelming and dated. Beige tile with seafoam green walls. Feels like you’re sleeping in an operating room. The shower has no door which I hate. Lets all the steam out into the main area.

Everything about The Calile is amazing - from the warm and welcoming staff to the wonderful facilities and exquisite food and beverage offerings. We have hosted our flagship event here for many years and it is the quality of this hotel and its staff that keep us coming year on year. Thank you!
