Great service
Pros:

The staff were all so amazing and friendly. Room was clean and tidy and very spacious. Fresh towels and room cleaning daily.

Cons:

The shower was a little grimy ( bits on black grout here and there, bidet spray had white sediments all over the openings)

V convenient location
Pros:

Conveniently located near the lake and in a buzzy area - easy walking distance to old town

Cons:

Free complimentary drink offered but when we tried to redeem the barman was busy making cocktails

Toller Service, gutes Frühstück, große Zimmer, top Lage
Pros:

Super Service, tolles Personal, sehr hilfsbereit

Cons:

Preis/Leistung in Bezug auf die eigentlichen Möglichkeiten (Roof-Top). Zimmer waren gut und leise, aber ohne Fenster (Innenhof/Wand).

Exceptional.10 out of 10.
Pros:

We have been staying in hotels around the world for 25 years. Dalvostro Valentino is the best by far. Every thing about this hotel is excellent.The staff are like family , we stayed for 31 nights and friendships with all members are cemented. The breakfast is top shelf . From house keeping to the marvelous reception staff we love them all. We have already booked for next year. If you are visiting Hanoi do yourself a favour and stay here.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage am Hoan Kiem See sowie Old Quarter ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war okay aber nicht überwältigend. Wir bemängeln, dass die Fruchtsäfte weit vor Ende der Frühstückszeit nicht nachgefüllt wurden.
Das Platzangebot im Frühstücksraum war für die Größe des Hotels leider zu klein.

Der Frühstückraum ist sehr klein und für die Anzahl der Gäste eher nicht ausgelegt.

Un soggiorno reso speciale soprattutto dalle persone!
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. L’hotel è molto accogliente, la camera pulita e curata e la colazione varia, abbondante e internazionale, con tante proposte per tutti i gusti.
Ma ciò che abbiamo apprezzato più di tutto è stata la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff, sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutarci.
Un grazie particolare per averci organizzato la prenotazione al Teatro delle Marionette, riuscendo a trovarci dei posti davvero eccezionali: un’esperienza bellissima che ricorderemo con piacere!
Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato moltissimo la disponibilità nel custodire le nostre valigie durante i giorni della crociera, permettendoci di partire e rientrare senza alcuna preoccupazione.
Sono proprio queste attenzioni a fare la differenza e a trasformare un semplice soggiorno in una bellissima esperienza.
Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff per averci fatto sentire così ben accolti. Un hotel che consiglio assolutamente e nel quale tornerei molto volentieri! ❤️

Pros:

Staff was very polite and accommodating during our stay. The bartender was very friendly and staff gave us complimentary drinks during our stay. Harry the door man was very helpful and brought our luggages to the taxi pick up spot when roads were closed.

Cons:

Bathroom shower did not drain quickly and left puddles. The bathroom also had some stains on the ground when we checked in.
