The Breckfast was 10out 10 good mix of Western and Eastern food front counter staff so so nice Jimmy Tour Desk 10 out of 10. Bar staff Joe great service after 3 weeks in Vietnam this place made our Holiday Thank You we will Return

I could not have chosen better
Pros:

The location is unbeatable. The stuff is extremely polite, nice and attentive. They make you feel like a queen. The hotel is very elegant, clean and has all you need. Food is very good as well.

Incredibly kind and accommodating staff

The staff especially Ms. Lucy and Ms. Sophie are absolutely wonderful! They were super good, professional, and incredibly accommodating with everything we needed throughout our stay. Their exceptional hospitality made us feel truly welcome and valued.

Warm and friendly hotel :)
Pros:

Lovely staffs and perfect location . Just steps away from lake. We had connecting rooms for a day and then had suites for 4-5 days. Well maintained and clean property. A big shout out to the staffs , very friendly and warm people. Kept checking on us and providing recommendations. Breakfast options were good catering to both veg and non veg people .

Wonderful staff on night shift.
Pros:

I booked within an hour of arriving later in the evening. Lucy and staff were amazing, she helped me make a forward booking for transport. Organised a breakfast as I was departing early the next morning. Room was clean.
