Great location and gracious staff
Pros:

Really great breakfast and fantastic location in the Old Quarter. Every single staff we encountered was so kind, especially Anna. She took great care of us when we arrived. Loved the view from the 10th/11th flood. we also enjoyed the spa services located within the hotel. Very quiet location, but still easy access to Hoan Kiem Lake area.

Cons:

The air con had a pretty musty smell when in use and there was a lot of mold on the walls outside of the bathroom of one of the rooms we had.

Dal Vostro was wonderful. Staff was even better.
Pros:

Dal Vostro Hotel and Jimmy EXCEEDED all expectations. From the initial booking thru our arrival, the communication via (Booking.com messages) was frequent and many times immediate.
Jimmy answered all questions, confirmed transfers from the airport, spa appointments and reserved a free walking tour for us upon our arrival.
We were personally escorted to our rooms when we arrived, and then the staff stood together upon our departure to bid us farewell.
The breakfast was wonderful with so many choices of breads, fruits, meats, and made to order eggs.
We took advantage of the Spa and bar located at the hotel.
We loved the location. Dal Vostro is centrally located, near many of the Old Quarter attractions, yet off on a side street away from the BUSY motorbikes.
Highly recommend!

La ubicación es muy buena, en el centro pero muy tranquilo, las habitaciones limpias, camas cómodas y personal muy amable. Nos íbamos muy temprano y nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar.

Great accomodations
Pros:

It's a nice hotel with the perfect location. A comfy bed, a big room, a big bathroom. The breakfast is a buffet breakfast and has a lot of options. Everything is nice. But the best part of the hotel is the staff. The people working there are very friendly, helpful and kind. Just wonderful ❤️

Excellent holel, great location with super friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, Stayed twice in one week as we went to Halong Bay and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Hospitality and Excellent Location!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Dal Vostro Valentino Hotel & Spa! The hospitality was truly outstanding, and the staff — Sophie, Anna, Harry, Tim, Andy, and Tom — were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

They went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. They helped arrange airport transportation, recommended great local restaurants, and even assisted us with making reservations. One thoughtful gesture I especially appreciated was that they arranged an earlier breakfast time to accommodate our early-morning day tour. It really showed how much they care about their guests.

The location is another huge plus! The hotel is right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake, local restaurants, shops, and many attractions. Even better, cars can drive directly to the hotel entrance, which is a big advantage in the Old Quarter. We didn't have to drag our luggage through busy, narrow streets, making arrival and departure much more convenient.

Overall, the combination of exceptional service, thoughtful attention to detail, and a fantastic location made our stay memorable. I highly recommend Hanoi Dal Vostro Valentino Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome!

Best choice for a first time in Hanoi, to get around the city or get some rest between activities
Pros:

Perfectly situated, close to the touristic area but not on a busy street nor over restaurants and bars. Breakfast buffet is opened from 6.30 to 10am, perfect for early departure or quiet morning, view over the city from the roof top. Beddings very comfortable. Very helpful and professional staff.

Prettig hotel
Pros:

De kamer was prima. De douche is heerlijk. We hadden een groot bed. Het personeel was zeer hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker.
In het weekend is het in de straten rond het hotel onaangenaam druk. In de straat van het hotel en in het hotel zelf heb je daar geen last van.

Cons:

De foto van de bovenste verdieping leek te suggereren dat er een bar boven was met krukken. Dat was niet zo. Je kunt er zitten maar er zit geen bar. In de beschrijving stond dat er een restaurant was maar dat klopt niet. Ook een tuin is er niet terwijl dat in de beschrijving stond.

Die super zentrale, aber trotzdem ruhige Lage und das sehr nette und hilfsbereite Personal, toller Ausblick von der Dachterrasse und die Suite im 9. Stock war auch sehr gut!

Cons:

Wir hatten 3 verschiedene Zimmer bei unseren Aufenthalten hier, beim ersten Zimmer war es nicht super sauber. Flecken und Haare auf dem Bett und Schimmel im Bad. Danach in den anderen Zimmern war es besser. Preislich war das Hotel schon etwas teurer im Vergleich zu anderen.
