Amazing stuff and perfect location!
Pros:

The staff was very kind and responsive. They gave us very good advice when choosing tours. The guys at the reception always helped us with a smile. The porter helped us with absolutely every bag and was very kind and smiling too. Even the staff we met in the elevator were wonderful, smiling and friendly. This is definitely the best staff we came across during our trip through Vietnam.

Cons:

The room has a small window that looks at a wall and there wasn’t natural light in the room.

Highly recommended hotel: located on a quiet street, a 200-meter walk from the lake. It's in a renovated old market building. The room is spacious (15m²), quiet, and well soundproofed, with a small window, a small desk, a small refrigerator, and a kettle. The air conditioning is silent. The bed is very comfortable. Large bathroom with beautiful tiling. I recommend the breakfast: fruit, cheeses, excellent bread, etc. The setting is also lovely, as it's on the top floor of the building with a view of the lake. The service is friendly and welcoming.
