מלון סופר מרכזי. צוות מאוד שירותי שניסה לעזןר לנו ככל ביכולתו.
לטעמי מתאים לשהייה קצרה/מלון מעבר.

Cons:

הזמנו 2 חדרים עם דלת מקשרת וקיבלנו 2 חדרים ללא חלון. בהזמנה הופיע חלון פנימי אך מדובר בזכוכית בלבד ולא חלון פנימי. אלא חדרים ללא חלון.
יש לציין שהצוות מאוד ניסה לעזור לנו בנושא והציע חלופות שלא התאימו לנו. (2 חדרים בקומות שונות או חדר אחד גדול יותר).
ארוחת בוקר מאוד דלה, מלון ישן וכך גם נראות החדר. הריצפה, האמבטיה, הרהיטים.

Mooi hotel, pal in het centrum. Vriendelijke en service georiënteerde staff.
Pros:

Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en bracht persoonlijke service vanaf het moment dat je binnenstapt.

Cons:

De connected rooms die we hadden gereserveerd waren ietwat aan de kleine kant, en hebben geen echt raam.

This trip made me realize that choosing the right hotel is a big part of what makes a journey enjoyable.
Pros:

The hotel is just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, making it perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning stroll. Since it is located down a small alley, it is quiet and free from traffic noise, allowing you to relax.

The breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, kind, and welcoming. Even after I checked out, they kindly let me use the shower before my flight, which I really appreciated.

I would be happy to stay here again the next time I visit Hanoi.

Great location, but service and room standards need improvement.
Pros:

The hotel’s biggest strength is its location. It’s literally just a few steps from our favorite place in Hanoi, which was the main reason we booked it. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake.

My stay wasn't the best, which is why I initially left a 3-star review. However, I wanted to update it because Sophie reached out to me after my review, was genuinely apologetic, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I appreciated her professionalism and willingness to address the issues I experienced.

I also want to acknowledge the positive service I received during my stay. Thank you to the staff who help us with our luggage to the taxi pick-up point. I also appreciate Sophie for promptly arranging to have our clothes brought in from the balcony after I informed her that it was raining, and for helping organize our late check-out. These gestures were genuinely appreciated.

While my overall experience remains average, I wanted to acknowledge the efforts made by Sophie and the staff to provide good service where they could.

Cons:

The service did not meet my expectations. While the staff were polite, the interactions felt more scripted than genuinely welcoming, and I felt there was a lack of warmth and attention to detail.
The shower head wasn’t functioning properly.
The breakfast selection was decent, but many items, including the butter, fruits, and yogurt, were left uncovered on a table exposed to direct sunlight. On one morning, the butter had clearly melted and then solidified again, which wasn’t very appealing.

Overall, while the location is the hotel’s biggest advantage, I’ve stayed at other hotels in Hanoi that offered better service, better attention to detail, and a more enjoyable overall experience.

Great hotel in fantastic location
Pros:

Fantastic location in the central area of the old town. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We were given a room upgrade for both of the rooms we booked which was great. We booked additional nights as we liked it so much.
Laundry services were fast and good value.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of options on the buffet.

Cons:

The dining room where breakfast is served is small.
