Near the city center and train station
Pros:

Very good location in the city center of "Genova", in one of the main street, near the most attractions (old district) and restaurants.
Check-in was fast, the staff (the man that I met) was very gentle. Super quick check-out. The room and the separated toilet were clean. Was quiet. Wifi worked well.

Cons:

The room looked a bit old and the view was just normal (facing another building) but honestly it didn't matter at all.

Cons:

C est beaucoup trop bruyant ! On entend tout, les gens n ont aucune pudeur: Une femme criait toute la nuit, j étais avec mes enfants j étais très mal à l aise. Meme en frappant au mur elle ne s arrêtait pas. Meme les discussions de la chambre à côté on les entend. Il faut revoir l isolation. La chambre est spartiate, pas chaleureuse, la literie est médiocre.

La salle de bain commune était pratique mais les toilettes n’étaient pas à part.
Pas de bouilloire pourtant proposée dans le descriptif.

bello il palazzo e la stanza, molto vicino alle più belle zone di Genova, molto confortevole

Good location, Clean stay

The location was really really good, i never stayed in a place this much centered. The room was really clean.

Cons:

If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. One of our friends slept without a problem but the rest (other 2) had some troubles because of the noice (because the walls are really thin and the reservations desk was literally in front of our door). if you have no troubles with a little noice, it would be okay for you.
When we arrived the hotel there were 3 towels in 1 bed and 2 towels each for the main bed. We did not think much of it but When we left the hotel, the receptionist called us to ask where is the 3rd towel for the 2 of us. We tried to explain it but it took time to convince him that there was no 3rd towel to start with it. so maybe take a picture of the room when you enter
