Pros:

Central position. Very close to metro and station. Also to touristic attractions. Rooms are incredibly clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Excellent hotel. Perfect air-conditioning.

Cons:

Cleanness of the place is the biggest issue while I paid almost 450 euros for this booking. They even didn't change the glass in the room from previous tenant. The door handles, doors, towels, bathroom and many other areas were not really clean. They tend to save alot while they don't consider travellers satisfaction. As example, instead of taking card of Cleanness, they spray odors a lot which is very inconvenient. While they do this, they must also care that one might have allergy to that. Another example is that they even do not wash bathroom Matt on a daily basis which this itself was very disgusting. They just put on a metal holders to try which those holders are supposed to be a place to hang clothes or towel when taking shower.

Be clean, don't use spray in such exaggerated way.

I would never go back to thisl place.

Pros:

La chambre est très confortable. Nous avions reservé une chambre avec salle de bain commune, qui enfait était partagée entre seulement deux chambres !! L’auberge est située en plein coeur du centre ville !

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte nella stanza n.8
Personale disponibile, stanza in ottime condizioni, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario (condizionatore, asciugamani, tv, wifi, sapone, phon). Posizione ottima, a due passi da Piazza De Ferrari in zona sicura e tranquilla anche la sera. Sicuramente torneremo!

Cons:

Tous est nul déjà le personnel le Monsieur de l’accueil super arrogant est très désagréable nous a accueilli comme des animaux aucun professionnalisme sous prétexte qu’il a un seul train pour rentrer chez lui, il nous a facturé 5€ en plus pour des draps ce que je trouve inacceptable de plus à 10h du matin soit 1h avant le Check out il nous a réveiller à toquer comme un malade est clairement nous dégager alors que nous avions rien fait de mal
À fuir !!!!! N’aller pas jeter votre argent dans cet hôtel il n’a rien d’un hôtel est le personnel très désagréable limite raciste qui escroque les gens sans pitié de plus il es très agressif dans ça manière de parler ce qui es sur je reviendrai jamais ici est je le recommande vraiment pas pour 95€ je regrette vraiment vraiment

La scarsa cortesia. Forse una maggiore accoglienza farebbe sentire meglio chi arriva da un viaggio faticoso. Basta poco, un sorriso e una risposta cordiale.
Il rumore ripetuto ad intervalli regolari proveniente da non so cosa dalla camera vicina.
Mancanza di bollitore.
Profumazione eccessiva.
