Pros:

The beds, space, location and pool.

Cons:

1. The rooms are not sound proof. TV noise is reaching my bedroom from next (other people) room. I could not sleep at night!
2. The receptionist should be more friendly oriented. As a five start hotel, she should know how to treat guests properly.
