Pros:

Clean and spaciuos room with mountain view and spaciuos enough balcony. It is located in a quiet area, about 10 minutes ride by hotel tuk tuk or bike ride to Patong beach.
The pool areas are clean, surrounded by lush gardens, which made it more pleasant. There are beach sleepers and towel in the room as well. The presence of the dehumidifier in the room is a great plus. The A/C is not blowing right in your face, but a bit noisy. There's daily cleaning service. There's a small clothes drying rack on the balcony.

Cons:

The rooms are not soundproof at all. The bathroom area is semi private. There's a moving wall but no door. The beach area across the street is rocky and not usable for tanning nor walking.
The 2 staff seemed overwhelmed during pick time and could not properly attend to all guests' requests when I arrived to check in. It's like I did not feel welcome at all. It's a 9 buildings hotel, so I was surprised they could not accommodate early check-in, not even by half an hour.
The shower head was rusty.

Central location. Clean facilities.

Cons:

They could do better on the food. Breakfast was okay but gets boring after 3 days eating the same options, and not many options to choose from on the buffet. The dinner (steak night) was not great, especially for the price, I only enjoyed the dessert part of it. A few other dinner room service I had ordered were okay though and not bad.

The staff made our stay delightful.
Pros:

They have a vast range of food options for breakfast lunch and dinner. The rooms are very spacious and the walking distance from amenities. The staff customer service and hospitality was 10/10 and they have a good buggy service to help those that find it difficult to walk up hill to get to certain buildings. I enjoyed the fact that room service was there whenever you needed and that the staff are all on time and very professional.

Cons:

Nothing, the property was great and I would definitely visit again.
