Room outside view was very bad & unhygienic. Hotel has provided us the rooms on ground floor where the balcony area was very tidy & literally there was a small creek which was looking like a gutter….many plastic bottles were lying there. Very Bad experience.

המלון מרוחק כ 10 דקות נסיעה מהפטונג. זה מלון שקט בדר"כ ונעים לשהות בו למי שאוהב שקט. הצוות מאוד נחמד וממש הייתה אווירה נעימה ומשפחתית. הייתי במלון עם שתי הבנות שלי וממש הרגשנו בנוח. יש מספר בריכות נחמדות מאוד. מי שממש אוהב בריכה זה אולי פחות יתאים לו כי. המלון מתאים יותר למי שמחפש שקט ואווירה נעימה ומשפחתית. המחיר בהחלט תאם את הציפיות ויותר.

Hi everyone,
If you’re planning to stay at this hotel or considering booking it, I’d seriously recommend thinking twice. 🚩

The first strange thing happened right after we arrived. Nobody greeted us at the entrance. The bellboys were standing nearby and didn’t even react. We didn’t have many bags, so we managed ourselves, but for a supposed 5-star hotel this already felt odd.

The check-in experience was not great either. Instead of a warm welcome, the first thing they asked for was our passports.

We arrived around 1:30 PM and check-in was at 3:00 PM. We were given the room exactly at 3:00 PM with no effort to accommodate us earlier.

The room itself was okay, but definitely nothing special.

Cleanliness was another disappointment. When we were going to our room, there was dirty room service left in the hallway. The next morning, on the way to breakfast, it was still sitting there in exactly the same place. Seriously? 🤣

Breakfast was disappointing too. It felt like most of the food was focused on Indian and Arabic cuisine, which personally wasn’t really our preference. The selection overall was quite limited and there were barely any desserts.

The swimming pools also looked dirty and didn’t feel properly maintained.

Another frustrating issue was the beach towels. During our 4-night stay, they were never replaced. We asked reception to change them and were told fresh towels would be sent to our room, but nobody ever brought them.

At one point the water stopped working while we were taking a shower. We called reception twice and nobody came to fix it. In the end, I had to go downstairs myself and ask them to solve the issue.

What disappointed us most was how careless the staff seemed to be about guest concerns.

Overall, this hotel is absolutely not worth the money they charge, especially for a place that claims to be 5-star.
Very disappointing experience.
