Loved it - my home from home
Pros:

The food was delicious and had a great range of snacks, starters, mains, puddings from light dishes to heavier.
The vibe every night I stayed was wonderful. It is busy but because there is plenty of seating, we could always find a table.
It caters for everyone -lovely beer garden, indoor and outdoor restaurant and pub seating
Staff were soooo friendly and smiley. Felt very welcome....and that is why I keep on returning. I don't know everyone's name but from the GM Stefan, to managers Tracey/Mig, all the waitresses and housekeeping...all lovely!

Excellent, would happily recommend.
Pros:

The handwritten personal welcome note in the room is a very nice touch, and the room was very comfortable, modern, well appointed and decorated to a great standard. Inclusion of A/C in the room was much appreciated too in the late May weather. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The bar / restaurant was also a really nice environment, and both the dinner & breakfast I had there was great. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely return.

Great overnight hotel, spotlessly clean and decent pub food.
Pros:

Tasteful decor, excellent aircon and a good breakfast.

Cons:

Fish at dinner was ok but clearly had been frozen and did not taste particularly fresh. Pasta dish was excellent,

Mooi hotel.
Pros:

Fijn hotel met groot terras en parkeerterrein. Prima om van daaruit, met de auto, Windsor te bezoeken. Onze kamer zat in het nieuwe gedeelte en was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed en de douche waren heel fijn. Het ontbijt is goed. Geen buffet. Er is een ontbijt menu. We hebben er 's avonds ook lekker gegeten trouwens.

Cons:

Het was erg warm weer tijdens ons verblijf en de airco op de kamer kon niet lager dan 19 graden waardoor het toch te warm was om lekker te kunnen slapen.

Staff are the friendliest and most helpful - all amazing but Ellie serving breakfast, Heather (?) at supper, Leah in housekeeping and Mig/Tracy managing….i don’t know all the other names but all wonderful !

Pros:

All the staff were friendly and helpfull

Cons:

When we arrived at lunch time there was a plate with 2 glasses and a used cigarette outside in the corridor next to our room. It was still there when we checked out at 11.45 the following day

Fantastic hotel and staff
Pros:

I would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were amazing friendly and fun and couldn't do enough for you, if I'm ever near ascot again I would definitely stay, we were at a wedding here and stayed the night, breakfast was exceptional, same again so were the staff, hats off to you guys for a fantastic break

Became our home from home…kept staying an extra night
