An unexpected stay for business, but the room and friendly staff made it into a pleasant stay. Would recommend.

Despite the circumstances of our travel, it was a very pleasant stay
Pros:

The breakfast choices were wide, and our server this morning Ellie was lovely. In fact every member of staff we interacted with were courteous, helpful and cheerful, definite being very busy. The room aircom was a welcome bonus too!

Although expensive , worth it , lovely breakfast

Just fabulous!
Pros:

Tracey was a star! She let us into our room early so we could get changed for Royal Ascot.
Food was fabulous, staff friendly, taxi service for the races efficient, evening entertainment good fun. We’ll certainly be back!

Pros:

Pizza was amazing. Breakfast was great, eggs cooked to prefection. Friendly and helpful staff. Would book again. Takes cash at the bar! Amazing.

well thought out hotel and restaurant with a good quality of room and most excellent service.
Pros:

staff, food and accomodation for the visit were all great. There was extra live band, DJ and plenty of staff to cover the large number of people staying. Food was of a good quality and speedy delivery.

Cons:

sadly our room was right above the beer and bottle room. so 6.30 one morning the empty bottles were being empty right below us. i am a light sleeper and it was rather a rough awakening when i was hoping for a lie in.
