La ubicación es perfecta para moverse a pie y visitar los principales puntos de la ciudad. El personal ha sido muy amable en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Habitación bastante amplia y limpia y con unas botellas de agua de recibimiento. Muy amables ya que hasta nos hicieron el favor de prepararnos un pequeño desayuno para llevar un día que lo necesitábamos. Ah! Y la habitación tenía hasta nevera pequeñita. Muchas gracias por todo!

Все очень понравилось !!!! На рецепшене работает парень который говорит на русском языке!!!! Безумно милый!!!!! Улыбчивый ,приветливый!!!! Завтраки хорошие ! Номер чистый! Постель меняли ежедневно !!!!все в шаговой доступности !!!! Я всем рекомендую!!! Метро рядом! Трамвай рядом ! Рынок рядом !!!!

Great value for money and good location, close proximity to main tourist attractions and quiet at night.
Pros:

From the first contact with the hotel the staff were friendly and they were even more welcoming when we arrived. The location is ideal, 12 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, and the same distance to Eminönü pier for the ferry over to Kadiköy, but positioned in a quiet neighborhood. Amazing breakfast giving tastes of local cuisine and a touch of British (we had scones one day). Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel. Great value for money!

Cons:

Overall, for the price it was great value, but.. it is old and run down.
The bed sheets were clean but had holes in them, the towels were mismatched and old, the bathroom ventilation brought the smell of cigarette smoke into the room, and the ducted air conditioning was very effective, but as it came out of the ceiling directly above the bed, it was difficult to get the right temperature at night without getting too cold from the direct cool air. And without it, the room was very warm (start of June).
Certainly no major complaints and for the price we paid, we were happy.

24/7 flexible check in, allowed us to change rooms for early check in. clean room, breakfast was included. helpful kind staff. offer airport shuttle service cheaper than a taxi.

Agréable dans l'ensemble. Bon rapport qualité / prix.
Pros:

chambre : propre mais qui aurait besoin d'un bon rafraichissement (sol de la douche : carreaux bougent, tapisserie a refaire, salle de bain un peu trop petite, on a à peine de la place pour bouger...)
Déjeuner : très copieux, varié rien à redire, personnel très agréable. Par contre salle trop petite pour le nombre de chambre de l'hôtel...
Réception : rien à redire, très serviable, très à 'écoute. Super.
Emplacement : au top en plein centre de la ville.

Cons:

La chambre = aurait besoin d'un bon rafraichissement... et salle de bain vraiment trop petite et vétuste.
Manque un petit salon / bar pour se retrouver / reposer et boire un verre.

Cons:

Place is a little dated with peeling wallpaper, for example, but it is priced for what it is so not really a complaint.
