Ubicacion y la atención del personal

Cons:

La ducha no funcionaba bien, perdía por la manguera, y se inundaba en donde caía.
Tampoco había un vaso disponible en la habitación, lo pedí y al dia siguiente se lo llevaron

La nuit, j’ai été piqué et fortement attaqué par des punaises de lit. Donc , au retour, comme tout était infecté par des punaises de lit, c’était très compliqué , pour éviter la transmission de ces nuisibles à la maison.

Muito barulho qualquer som externo é possível ouvir dentro do hotel a ponto de interromper o sono durante a noite, cama desconfortável, não parecia 100% limpo.

Durante il mio soggiorno di due notti in struttura, non ho Mai avuto la connessione internet in camera. Ho segnalato subito il problema e un receptionist uomo mi ha detto che sarebbe intervenuto un tecnico il giorno dopo. Il giorno seguente nessuno si è presentato, ho chiesto spiegazioni alla ragazza che era alla reception. Mi ha risposto che avrebbe informato i suoi superiori ed io… non ho avuto internet per tutto il soggiorno, anche se avevo chiesto di cambiare camera. Altro problema è il wc assolutamente non accessibile ai disabili, avendo la porta che si apre su di esso!!
