Personal an Rezeption versucht mehr Geld zu fordern obwohl das ganze würde schon bezahlt sowie versuchte sie mir zu klären das mein Kind mehr als was ich angegeben habe. Ganz schrekliche Erfahrung.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und da ist es ein grandioses Hotel. Eigentlich gibt es nichts auszusetzen; wirklich nicht, aber....

Cons:

..... im Zimmer befindet sich unter dem Fenster eine Klimalüftung, die man nicht abschalten kann. Überhaupt nicht. Das Problem ist, dass sie einen derart unerträglichen Lärm macht, dass an Schlafen kaum zu denken ist. Ohne Witz. Entweder ist das Teil kaputt oder hat eine extrem schlechte Qualität. Wir waren am Morgen wie gerädert. Grauenhaft.
In der Dusche funktionierte die Halterung der Dusche nicht. Alles hing runter und das bei einem neuen Hotel. Wenn das Geräusch der Lüftung in allen Zimmern so ist, kommen wir sicher nicht wieder. Andernfalls schon.
