Good location. I would go again.
Pros:

The location was excellent. It was right in the center of town. They offered a 10% discount to eat at any of the 3 restaurants they owned. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was not located in the building. They own a restaurant a half block away. Although the breakfast was good, it was not a buffet. The menu was limited.

מקום מקסים בלב סירימיונה. צוות נהדר, Nick קיבל אותנו בחום, המליץ ועזר בכל הדרוש. סידור החניה מחוץ לאזור הסגור, שבו שוכן המלון, פעל מצוין וללא עיכובים מיותרים. ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת. ממליצים בחום על המלון, אנחנו לחלוטין נחזור אליו בביקורנו הבא באזור.

Ein kleines aber feines Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Sirmione. Die Ausstattung ist modern und die Zimmer verfügen über alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht.

Cons:

Das Frühstück im dazugehörenden Restaurant war ok, aber nicht überragend.

Pros:

Excellent location, helpful and welcoming staff. Delicious and plenty breakfast, discounts on gelato and several restaurants. The size of the room is perfect for a lone traveller, maybe a bit small for two, but well equipped.
Well organized transfer from parking lot, easy by car, too.
One may think the price is high but it is just fair value

On quiet oasis within the center of the Sirmione Peninsula.
Pros:

Well-located in the middle of the Sirmione Peninsula, which is completely full of tourists, and yet the rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

The hallways and stairwell feel quite cramped, but this is of course because there is not much space on the Peninsula.
