Todos los detalles de bienvenida y la calidad de la ropa de cama y baño . Espacios generosos , amenities preciosos hasta una bolsa de tela, el desayuno muy personalizado y atendido por sus dueños . Nos cubrieron el costo del parking Griffo el cual es muy cómodo pues te llevan con las valijas hasta la puerta del hotel.

Das Restaurant gegenüber, welches zum Hotel gehört oder eine Zusammenarbeitet hat, ist nicht sehr Gastfreundlich. Gewisse Mitarbeiter lassen Leute einfach warten bis sie wieder gehen. Am Abend hatten sie gar keine Lust mehr freundlich zu sein. Am Morgen waren andere Mitarbeiter da die waren uns gegebüber sehr freundlich anderen Gästen gegenüber leider nicht.

Parkplatz ist ein großer Parkplatz 5-10 zu Fuß von der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft übernimmt die Kosten und bietet einen Shuttle Service an. Perfekt gelöst, da sich die Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt befindet.
The location was perfect, right in the old town of Sirmione with an easy walk to everything. Breakfast was excellent, and very accommodating. The room was a good size with very comfortable bedding. Best of all was the service, the front desk truly went out of their way to be helpful, share knowledge of Sirmione with us, and truly wanted our stay to be exceptional.
Truly have no complaints. Perhaps would have liked a exercise room, although not sure I would have had the time to use it.
Staff were all really helpful and the breakfast was phenomenal!

Nossa TV não funcionou durante 4 dias e ninguém conseguiu resolver. O ralo do box do banheiro estava entupido e o cofre quebrado . Mas isso foi consertado . Travesseiros pessimos
