Außer dass aus meinem Koffer eine hochwertige Brille entwendet wurde, war alles andere ok.
Pros:

Mir wurde eine hochwertige Gleitsichtbrille von Tom Ford aus dem im Zimmer befindlichen Koffer entwendet! Dies bemerkte ich erst, als wir die Koffer auf dem Cruiseship auspackten! Daraufhin informierte ich das Hotel und bat, in dem Hotelzimmer noch einmal nachzusehen, ob die Brillenbox gefunden wurde! Leider wurde dies verneint. Das lässt darauf schließen, dass die Brille vom Personal entwendet wurde!! Das ist uns noch nie passiert!!

Great choice!
Pros:

The staff at every level did a great job. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Also the location of the hotel is convenient for walking into town, a matter of minutes.

Pros:

Reception staff friendly and advise good. Room was warm, spacious and very clean. Bed comfortable.
Only lacking a mirror to use when drying hair with hairdryer near plug socket.

Cons:

Breakfast lacked a bit. No real fresh fruit prepped for the likes of fresh fruit and yogurt bowls.
Two "waiters" at Breakfast clearing tables had aprons on that didn't appear very clean, 1 other put her fingers into clean cups to carry them out from kitchen when shortage at breakfast bar. Not very professional looking for 4star hotel.
