Very good location
Pros:

Great location for a hotel, on the River Lagan ,a near stroll to the main streets for bars/restaurants. Caught the 600 bus from/to the Airport, 'The Custom House' stop was less than 10 mins walk to hotel. Very clean ,well presented hotel . A warm & friendly welcome at reception . Quiet room 710 was immaculate, credit to the diligent cleaning staff. Room down side was an extremely firm mattress for 4 nights . Pleasant view of the river/O2 building across the way. Nespresso coffee machine ,a fridge and toiletries. Big TV. Definitely not worth the money was breakfast, very disappointing, barely warm 'hot' food , area was very messy , lack of choice if you don't get there before 8.30am .No veggie sausages ! no mushrooms or beans one morning . Cooked meats and cheeses very close together , as veggie choices were limited ,it would have been nice to have been more separate and ppl using the same servers used on both. Cheap sliced bread was plentiful . Freshly cooked sliced bread & bagels were an urban myth only saw the crumbs on a white napkin. Four different alternative milks and plenty of cereals. Bar food stopped 9.30pm SHARP! chicken pesto & pizza , no proof it was the culprit but ill 4 hours later.. clearly see the kitchen staff in the morning worked very hard , did wonder if they were short staffed . Not the best value for money for what we paid overall .

Nice comfortable hotel, close to many activities.
Pros:

It was close to walking distance for many activities. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bartenders at the bar were very good. The food was very good. We did breakfast and dinner there.

Cons:

Service in the restaurant was not very attentive. After asking for things there was a long wait.
