Lovely hotel, great rooms and staff. Breakfast is just a bit a bit of focus

Cons:

Cold coffee at breakfast from the pump flask.
No plates
I don't normally take breakfast but perhaps it was busy and staff busy but cold coffee and no plates is just not a relaxing start to the day! Especially when your paying for it

Pros:

We stay here as a family of 4 and straight off the bat the 3 receptionist were very welcoming and helpful..
The room was very clean spacious and modern
The beds are very comfortable and the facilities are very good.

The breakfast went down a treat in the morning

We were there for a concert in the odyssey arena and walked there and back without complaints from the young ones.

Excellent location. Lovely room. We had a water view which was so nice. Comfortable beds.
