Hotel Trio Healdsburg

It was a welcoming, we amazing outdoor spaces, we had great conversations around the fire pits at night. The wine tastings were very informative and the wine some of the best in the area. The shuttle was exactly what was advertised to easy to use. And the path into town was shade and lined with art.

I loved this place until I saw they charged me $150 for my dog and another $24 for I have no idea what. I am ok with $50, but that was like charging me for another room. I would never stay there again and certainly DO NOT recommend staying there if you have a dog. SHAME ON MARRIOTT FOR BEING GRUBBY THIEVES.

Shuttle service and breakfast , kitchenette’s

This is the worst Marriot I have stayed in. Repairs needed in the bathroom and in the pool. The pool towels were ratty and stained which was unpleasant. The breakfast was fine, but in the middle of the summer I was surprised no melon. It was a weekday. They had warm food, but no pancakes or waffles. 25 minute walk to downtown for all of the restaurants, but they offer a free shuttle too. It’s not that it was terrible, but nothing like the quality I expect when I pay Marriot prices.

The entire experience is not more not less what a good hotel should be. Everything is consistently well done.

We're Marriott Lifetime Gold Elites and booked two nights at the Hotel. Upon check-in, we asked for verification of the Destination Amenity Fee, and we were told that the items listed on Marriott.com's website would not be provided by the hotel; and, that the fee would be charged regardless. This fee included a $27 food and beverage credit that we were not able to use at the property. Additionally, the hotel shuttle DOES NOT run to local wineries, and the hotel DOES NOT provide Bonvoy Elites complimentary wine tastings (On that, we learned it's only if a third-party winery wishes to come on site to provide tastings). The hotel's staff all had incomplete and conflicting messaging. Later, after contacting Marriott corporate, the hotel claimed that it had contacted me regarding this scenario, and I had agreed that "all was well"; which was not the case. I never engaged in any conversation by phone or with the staff after check-in. The hotel does not provide services and amenities as advertised on Marriott.com's website and I would not recommend booking here, as there are other properties in Healdsburg that provide great accommodations and service (like the Healdsburg Inn right down the street).

Trio was a wonderful, comfortable place to stay albeit not super close to the downtown area, so the regular shuttle service was quite handy! There is also a walking trail straight to the plaza and it's a block from the 101. The room was generously sized with a functional kitchen, very cozy mattress, and bonus common areas such as daily breakfast space, lobby/living room for gathering, outdoor areas with fire pits, BBQ's and even a evening happy hour with visiting wineries. I loved that Trio is right across from Big John's gourmet marketplace with either cooked or grillable food, fresh salad bar, vast cheese and wine selections and more. I would definitely stay here again!

Was in Sonoma visiting our daughter and stayed at the Trio. The staff was great and the hotel was perfect! The rooms are very spacious which allowed us to really enjoy ourselves and relax. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting wine country.

The location is ideal.. so closed to the town to enjoy the restaurants, the lovely shops and the wineries in the charming city of Healdsburg,

They have also a shuttle and bike for free!

The service here is always outstanding by a very professional and super friendly team always here to please you.. thank you so much to Ryan, Danielle, Shaun and Malena .. you are the stars of this Hotel!

They have a free breakfast on morning .. with lots of choices .. what a pleasure to seat outside in a lovely garden with the view of the gorgeous swimming pool with the song of the birds on morning.

A Must …..They are pet friendly and they have always a treat for our dog!

The team housekeeping is fantastic and they are doing all an amazing job!

It’s not our first time here and we always enjoyed so much our time here.

This is at the upper end of the Sonoma area. It has a free shuttle that brings you and picks you up from downtown so you can eat drink well for dinner. The rooms are comfy with plenty of room Ours had a fold out sofa for another Irwin to stay and small kitchen, Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. There were also bikes to check out so you can ride the bike trail that is next to the hotel. Would recommend highly
