Abreise direkt am Anreisetag – Keinesfalls 4 Sterne!
Pros:

Dass wir spontan am selben Abend ein wunderbares, blitzsauberes 4-Sterne-Château ganz in der Nähe gefunden haben.

Cons:

• Keine Transparenz bei der Buchung: Zimmer entpuppte sich als Duplex-Zimmer mit extrem steiler, gefährlicher Treppe für kleine Kinder.
• Schimmel an den Wänden und in der Dusche sowie gebrochene Duschwand im ersten Zimmer (unzumutbar für unsere Tochter mit Schimmelpilzallergie ).
• Unbrauchbare Ausweichzimmer: 1-Sterne-Niveau in der Dependance mit Schimmel an der Decke und defektem Rollo; drittes Zimmer hatte nur 3 statt 4 Schlafplätze und moderigen Geruch.
• Management verweigert trotz kompletter Abreise ohne Leistungsinanspruchnahme die vollständige Erstattung und berechnet die erste Nacht.

Eravamo già stati in questo hotel tre anni fa e ne avevamo un ottimo ricordo. Proprio per questo abbiamo deciso di tornarci, ma purtroppo questa volta l’esperienza è stata completamente diversa e molto deludente.

La struttura ci è sembrata decisamente trascurata: la camera non era pulita come dovrebbe essere in un hotel di questa categoria, con tende rotte, vetri sporchi e molta polvere persino sopra il letto.

Anche il personale ci ha lasciati perplessi. Durante le pulizie lasciavano spesso le porte aperte, parlavano ad alta voce tra loro e facevano parecchio rumore, rendendo difficile rilassarsi.

L’aspetto più negativo, però, è stato senza dubbio la colazione. Siamo scesi e abbiamo trovato una lunga fila di persone, comprese famiglie con bambini piccoli, in attesa fuori dalla sala perché non c’erano posti a sedere. In tanti anni di viaggi non ci era mai capitato di dover aspettare per poter fare colazione in un hotel a quattro stelle. È una situazione che riteniamo assolutamente inaccettabile.

Abbiamo speso circa 300 € per una notte, colazione inclusa, ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato davvero pessimo. Sinceramente, anche pagando la metà avremmo trovato il prezzo eccessivo rispetto al servizio ricevuto.

Infine, anche il ristorante, presente nella Guida Michelin, ci ha delusi. Tre anni fa avevamo cenato a bordo piscina in un’atmosfera splendida, gustando piatti davvero memorabili. Questa volta, invece, l’esperienza è stata decisamente sottotono: il cibo non era cattivo, ma era ben lontano dalla qualità e dall’atmosfera che ricordavamo.

Ci siamo fermati solo una notte e, purtroppo, siamo ripartiti con una grande delusione. È un peccato vedere una struttura che avevamo tanto apprezzato perdere così tanto in termini di qualità e attenzione al cliente.

Lieu magnifique mais les détails pourraient être plus soignés
Pros:

Dormir dans un château avec des enfants a quelque chose de magique. Le lieu est impressionnant, la piscine est très belle.

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas très propre (restes d’emballages sur le sol de la salle de bain, toiles d’araignée aux toilettes,…) Le petit déjeuner aurait pu être mieux, il n’y avait plus de pain (!), des fourmis sur la table du buffet et les tables étaient encore collantes. Pour 23 EUR, c’était un peu surfait.
