La struttura con la corte interna; la camera spaziosa e fresca con ventilatore a soffitto e aria condizionata e un grande televisore; la vicinanza a diversi punti di interesse nel centro storico e a negozi.
La mancanza di un servizio colazione gestito direttamente dalla struttura: la colazione viene affidata ad un bar che hanno poche offerte di cibo in particolare per allergie e problemi alimentari. Lo staff del bar non è stato affatto collaborativo ed empatico, quando ho chiesto di poter avere del pane perché avevo problemi di gastroenterite mi è stato portato pane fritto imburrato: la prima volta l'ho rimandato indietro, la seconda volta è stato cercato di nascondere che la faccia inferiore del pane era di nuovo imburrata. Assurdo e pericoloso perché si rischia di far stare male i clienti.

Queriamos cenar en el restaurante del hotel pero no tuvimos buena atención por lo que tuvimos que buscar en otro lado
The Selina has a beautiful patio very central in Oaxaca. The staff was very kind, and the room was cute and nicely decorated.
The windows do not insulate from the outside noise at all. This was very unfortunate because the constant passing of trucks and motorcycles did not let us rest.

Very pretty and excellent location, 10 mins walk from the zocalo centre, but located in a mucha nicer neighbourhood of bars, restaurants, galleries etc. Two blocks from one of the church plazas.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean, air conditioned and the bathroom v modern and nice strong rain-shower, the bathroom products are lush.
Rooms on the road are quite noisy as you can hear all the traffic and the reception, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs.
Budget double doesn’t have windows, next time I would pay extra for a room with windows.
No communal spaces to hang out. Apparently there is a terraza but it’s currently being refurbished.
