Любимый атмосферный отель 🫶🫶🫶
Pros:

Очень атмосферный отель- от номеров и интерьера, до прилегающей парковой зоны! Останавливаюсь в нём, с его открытия - всегда идеальная чистота, вкуснейшие завтраки и кофе (разнообразное меню, с национальной и с европейской кухни) и уютный ресторан с терассой, с потрясающим видом все четыре сезона ( особенно зимой и осенью).
Спасибо The One, за высокий уровень сервиса, до новых встреч, к вам всегда хочется возвращаться!!!

В целом проживание прошло хорошо, но есть проблемы, которые нужно устранить.
Pros:

Только расположение. Вид из окна красивый.

Cons:

Очень плохо работала система кондиционирования. Можно сказать в принципе не работала.

Pros:

Хороший отель в отличном районе Астаны. Рядом триатлон парк, несколько отличных ресторанов и в целом локация супер. Номера чистые и удобные. Из недостатков можно отметить только отсутствие мелкой утвари в ванных комнатах (стаканчики) и жидкого мыла. Лучше брать номера с балконом. Отличный бонус. В целом пока лучший отель в своей ценовой категории в Астане.

Все очень чисто. Персонал очень приветливый.

Смущает момент по бару, что в холодильнике нет напитков и закусок.
