Extrem kundenorientierter Service. Alle vom Hotel waren mehr als höflich. Ruhige Lage. Hohes Sicherheitsniveau.

Pros:

Remek elhelyezkedés, tiszta szoba, erkély a szobához. Kedves személyzet és kiszolgálás. A reggeli friss és bőséges kínálat. Nagy parkoló, mindig volt hely. Lehet vacsorát is kérni, ami szintén finom és kedvező árú.

Cons:

Nincs hűtő a szobában, a medence nem fűtött, így csak egyszer voltunk benne pár percig.

Milý personál, velké parkoviště u hotelu výhoda, dobrá poloha hotelu, do centra se šlo příjemnou procházkou.
Měli jsme výhled na jezero, pod námi byl kemp, kde byl klid. V hotelu je tedy hodně vše slyšet, ale nám to nevadilo, jelikož jsme měli klidné sousedy na patře, kteří v pozdějších hodinách nedělali hluk.
Hotel hezky voní, snídaně byly moc dobré, vybere si zde každý.
K jezeru se dostanete skrze kemp, takže kousek

Cons:

Koupelna je špatně řešena, nebo aspoň tomu tak bylo v našem pokoji. Toaleta byla hrozne blízko umyvadla, takze bylo těžší se tam protáhnout.
Nebylo nic, kam si vložit kartáčky, take málo možnosti, kam zavěsit ručníky a osušky

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind geräumiger als gedacht, das Badezimmer größer als woanders. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber, es wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, es gibt alles, was man benötigt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit Halbpension vor Ort hinzu zu buchen. Man kann den See auf kurzem Weg über den Zeltplatz erreichen. Hier befinden sich ein Restaurant und auch ein Fahrrad Verleih, beides im Vergleich sehr günstig. Der Fußweg nach Torbole als auch nach Riva geht am Wasser entlang und beides ist mit einem kurzen Spaziergang gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Straße ist sehr laut, auch nachts. Die Lüftung im Bad verteilt Zigarettengeruch im Zimmer.
