Pros:

Personnels a l'écoute,souriant,très accueillant et aidant.
Les chambres spacieuses et propre,bien situé, calme

Cons:

Bémol,la douche, pas de pommeau de douche si nous voulons juste prendre une douche sans pour cela se mouiller les cheveux.
Pas assez de rangement si nous devons passer un long séjour à 4 personnes.
Wifi pas très connecté au 4 ème étage.

Pros:

불편한점 로비에 이야기하면 즉시 조치함. 조식좋음. 깨끗하고 여름에 냉방이 잘됨. 방이 넓어 좋았음. 도심인데도 조용한 동네임.

Cons:

밤에 개소리가 났음. 5층으로 옮긴후 조용함.

الفندق نظيف وغرف واسعه الموظفين متعاونين وخدومين جدا منهم عز الدين ومروه والتنظيف يومي اشكرهم على ذلك الفطور اقل من وسط ويحتاج إلى اشراف اكثر الموقع للأسف بعيد قليلا لمن لا يملك سياره عن وسط المدينه وعن شارع الحبيب بورقيبه عالعموم الفندق جيد والموظفين بلا استثناء ودودين مشكورين
