Pros:

The staff at reception were friendly & helpful. They were very good with our kids. We arrived around 11pm for one night. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a good selection.

Cons:

We requested a cot but was not available on arrival. There was no food available on arrival either, staff attempted to order in but was not successful.
We had a 2 bedroom room - with 2 single beds & main bedroom. The 2 single beds were dirty & hadn't been changed. One had hairs on the sheet & the other had stains on the duvet. Only one toilet roll between 2 bathrooms. The fridge didn't keep drinks or milk cold. Next morning the new milk had curdled. The balcony door with the twin beds (where toddlers slept) would not lock. We were only staying for 1 night as transiting so didn't make a big deal but wouldn't be happy if staying longer.
