Location is excellent and bar remains open late.
We weren’t told that breakfast is until 10 therefore we kept hassling to be done by 9.

Das Frühstück, die Lage, das saubere Zimmer. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit dem Seeblick. Abends und in der Früh genoss ich die Ruhe und den Blick zum See und sogar einen Teil der Stadt. 👍

This is our 7th time to Lourdes but our first staying in this hotel. We will absolutely return to this hotel.
The location is located on the river Gave and near to bars and restaurants and most importantly very close to the Sancturies/Grotto.
The hotel smells amazing on entry and is spotlessly clean in the main areas. Staff who checked us in were polite and friendly.
Rooms were spotless and as a sufferer from OCD it really made a positive difference in not having to clean the room when entering with dettol/anti bac etc. I loved the hardwood floors (one of reasons we chose this hotel as carpets are so unhygenic) and that there was no decorative pillows or runners as they harbour germs and are an issue with my ocd so not having these really did help my anxiety and stress levels!
The bathroom was a good size and clean. There was plenty of toilet rolls which were replenished throughout our stay and hand soap and shower gel was provided. Hairdryer also provided. Clean towels in bathroom and bath mat provided. Shower slightly small (my husband is 6ft 4 so tall) but again for 2 nights and 3 days there it was fine!
The room size was good and the beds were extremely comfortable. We did request a double bed when booking but we ended up with 2 single beds but it didnt matter too much for the 2 nights we were here for.
Plenty of storage for clothes etc and a good sized dressing table. Full length mirror was appreciated too.
A few hooks behind the door for coats etc would have been useful.

Shower slightly small for my tall husband but again didnt bother us too much and he managed.
