Habitaciones pequeñas, el desayuno con muy poca variedad y poca calidad .
La ubicación, la limpieza y la atención del personal fueron sobresalientes.
Hacía mucho calor y la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado. El sol daba en la ventana toda la tarde. Era imposible bajar la temperatura de la habitación.
Located conveniently near the centre of Lourdes overlooking the river in a very nice area, short 5min walk from the centre. The hotel was spotlessly clean with very helpful and reception polite staff. The room was clean, comfortable with a large bathroom, good black-out curtains and air conditioning.
I would have preferred a walk in shower rather than a shower over the bath, but that's a very small matter.

La atención del personal, buenísimo. Tratan de ayudar siempre.
Principalmente la falta de aire acondicionado. Fui a finales de mayo y ya era bastante necesario. Nos dieron un ventilador, para tratar de apañar la situación, pero no tenía ni la base por lo que tuvimos que ingeniarnos para ubicarlo. En parte puede que haya sido responsabilidad mía al no fijarme que no especificaba que tuviera aire acondicionado, simplemente asumí que todos los hoteles lo tenían, ya que nunca me había tocado uno si ello. Ademas se escucha bastante los ruidos de otras plantas y otras habitaciones, así como de la calle. El desayuno que se paga aparte, no tiene muchas opciones, limitado.
Menos mal, solo estuvimos una noche.
