Very stylish bulgarian family hotel
Pros:

I liked the big bedroom and the big bathroom with 2 sinks very stylish bulgarian style. Many toiletories with a very good smell.

Cons:

Although the hotel is near the center you have to go down many stairs. There was no kettle in the room we had to ask for it and ask for teabags. I think for a 4 stars hotel and for the price we paid it should have been in the room. Also we had the room without the balcony it has i think 4 windows and it faces a building also with windows and the problem is there is no thin curtains on our windows so the neighbours in front could see everything. So everytime you put your clothes on/off you have to close the big curtains on the 4 windows so they cant see you but then the room is dark. That was annoying everytime to have to do that.
Also the buffet breakfast was very limited for those who dont eat meat. It was all nicely displayed but not much to eat. No croissants or any pastry at all. Only one choice of cheese and only one choice of bread the cheapest sliced bread you buy in the supermarket and freeze it. There was a very slow machine where you could put the bread to toast it. It was definitely not a 4 star breakfast. The next day since there were very few guests left, no buffet. Only a la carte breakfast you had to chose one from 5 options. But then they gave us exactly what was written. Only 1 cappuchino which we found very picky. We paid the same price for the 2 nights but the second night we received less breakfast. I think the hotel should improve the breakfast. Also the bed was very low. The light near the bed was not enough to read a book.

Были небольшие неприятные моменты, но номер, качество еды превзошли все ожидания. Я довольна.
Pros:

Просторный номер. Вид с балкона. Тишина. Еда.

Cons:

Холодильник работал, но плохо охлаждал. В сауне в парной одна из скамеек была сломана, одна смена персонала была замечательная, вторая не очень.

Bel emplacement, les chambres très spacieuses, le service / prestations ne correspondent pas aux 4 étoiles attribuée
Pros:

L’emplacement, la propreté, la chambre très spacieuse et très calme , le lit confortable
Nous avons demandé une chambre avec vue montagne et elle est vraiment magnifique. Le personnel au restaurant et vraiment agréable et attentionné ( petit déjeuner, dîner et le café en fin d’après midi sur la terrasse très très agréable)

Cons:

Le personnel à la réception : en arrivant en août, l’hôtel était presque vidé et nous avons eu une chambre avec vue parking. J’ai gentiment demandé d’avoir une chambre avec vue montagne et après une longue hésitation (? Si une chambre est disponible ?) j’ai obtenu une chambre avec une vue très agréable.
Le jour suivant , sans aucune explication, nous n’avons pas eu le service de chambre : en rentrant le soir elle n’était pas faite( l’hôtel 4 étoiles).
Nous avons réservé 2 massages, confirmation et rappel par la réception, donc nous sommes rentrés plus tôt à hôtel pour profiter de cette prestation et sans aucune explication la réception nous annonce que les deux massages sont annulés.
Nous avons décidé de « profiter «  du centre Relaxation et SPA - le jacuzzi était froid, l’espace hammam HS. Le lieu désert de clientèle mais aussi de personnel ( l’entretien laisse à désirer). Le prix et le classement de l’hôtel ne correspondent pas du tout aux prestations proposées.
