Exceptionally clean super friendly staff offering a great hospitality experience! The location is super central. Super comfy bed and pillows. Very nice rooftop! Value for money!
The surroundings are quite vibrant in the evenings from local bars and restaurants. Close the windows switch off the Aircon and enjoy a good sleep with earplugs which you will find next to your pillow!
I really liked the private room on the fifth floor and the rooftop as well.
I didn't stay at the lower floors (smaller rooms)

A localização é muito boa, assim como o staff. Quarto pequeno, mas confortável. Não tivemos café da manhã incluído, mas existem diversos locais próximos.
Tivemos um cheiro ruim no banheiro.

I had issues w sound isolation of the room. All a/c of same floor was on my balcony and walls had very poor sound insulation but then I changed my room and it was sorted.
I had a no cancellation reservation but had to ask for cancellation of one night and this was not accepted. Fair but still dissatisfaction.
Hotel has a terrace bar w excellent acropolis view. Tried to charge €13 for non alcoholic cocktail, after I objected reduced to €10 reasoning they made a mistake. Made me think they did not have firm policy
Emplacement central idéal. Personnel très gentil. Chambres propres, ménage quotidien. Nous avions une chambre privé. Tout était super.
Odeur d’égout venant de dans la salle de bain. Pour amélioration: il manquerait un support à produits dans la douche. Légèrement brouillant la nuit vu l’emplacement central, mais rien de majeur, ne nous a pas empêché de dormir.

Amazing location with plenty of places to eat, shop and just walk around. You leave the hotel and walk a couple of blocks and you are within view of the Acropolis. The area is very central and it's quite lively at night which is fun.
It is a little loud but the hotel provides earplugs lol.
