I was in room 50 - right next to the door for the rooftop terrace. While I’m not an early sleeper or a light sleeper, you could hear music from the terrace which was right above me and the sounds of furniture moving. Consider this if you are a light sleeper or like to go bed early.

The shower was tricky to use and regularly leaked water all over the bathroom floor, which was an inconvenience. There was also a minor mix-up with airport transport — we'd booked a transfer, but staff advised us the Metro was the better option, so we went with that. A couple of hours after we'd left, we started getting calls and emails saying a driver was waiting for us, despite us having told staff at checkout we were taking the Metro instead. Not a huge issue, just a bit of a communication gap.

My main concern, however, was the hotel's laundry service. Items came back stained and/or shrunk to the point of being unwearable, amounting to hundreds of dollars in damaged clothing. When I raised this, I was told items needed to be flagged in advance for "special handling" — but expecting clothes to come back without stains isn't a special requirement, it's a basic standard. Nowhere at drop-off or in any paperwork was this expectation communicated. Despite going back and forth, the hotel declined to offer any refund or reimbursement, and the responsibility was repeatedly redirected back onto us as guests. I'd think carefully before using the in-house laundry service here.

There was nothing we didn't like. The only quibble would be that the rooftop bar with a view of the Acropolis was a bit of a stretch. You could only see it well from one bar stool.

Room was a bit small

ζήτησα early check in 3 μήνες πριν να πάω και μου αρνήθηκαν. ζήτησα late check in και πάλι μου αρνήθηκαν. είχε στιγμές που μύριζε αποχέτευση όλο το δωμάτιο και το τηλέφωνο του μπάνιου είναι τοποθετημένο σε λάθος σημείο, πρέπει να το κρατάς συνεχώς. επίσης μετά από κάθε μπάνιο ο τόπος " πλημμύριζε" φαίνεται ότι η καμπίνα της μπανιέρας θέλει αλλαγή.

Our room was on the side of the street where a lot of restaurants are, and with the window not closing well it meant that in the evening it got very loud.

Die Gegend und Straße ist sehr laut, jedoch hat das Hotel proaktiv Oropax bereitgestellt. Man sollte einfach vorher überlegen, ob einem Ruhe oder Lage wichtiger ist. Es gibt wenig Abstellfläche im Raum für Koffer und Kleidung.

It was a quite noisy, though ear plugs were supplied. The lift was tiny (one person with a large bag only), so long wait during checkout hours.

I didn't try the continental breakfast because it seemd a bit pricy to me compared to the local restaurants/ bakeries prices.
Every thing else was top notch
