Pros:

La ubicacion es genial. Esta en la calle( Lewis) más turística, dentro de un callejón, asi que no tienes ruido.
La zona de la piscina es agradable, como en las fotos.
Los hombres que lo llevan son muy atentos, estan siempre pendientes y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites para hacer que tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible.
Buen desayuno.

Gute Lage. Pick me oder Uber haben aber Ihre liebe Mühe, die Unterkunft zu finden. Grosse Zimmer

Cons:

Willkommen fühlt man sich nicht. Weder welcome drink noch wusste man, dass wir drei Nächte bleiben. Stetig war jemand anderer grad für die Reception verantwortlich (oder auch nicht). Sehr schlecht bis gar kein Englisch wurde gesprochen. Das Zimmer hatte keinen Wasserkochen (wie auf den Bildern aufgezeigt), Kühlschrank war sauber, aber sehr muffig. WLan nur im Receptionsbereich. Gr8sse Kakerlake im Bad und das im 1. Stock, Geländer auf dem Balkon war lose und der Gipfel ear, dass nach einer Diskudssion über die falsche Rechnung der Receptionist einfach die Tür öffnete und das Zimmer betreten wollte, weil ich sein Telefon, über welches ich mit den Verantwortlichen diskutiert habe, noch hatte. Absolutes No-Go, auch weil ich nur im Badetuch umwickelt da war!

Great, friendly stay in Negambo with pool!
Pros:

Amazing staff, rooms were nice, pool was great, breakfast was a good start to our days. The location is perfect on the main street with bars and restaurants. They were very nice to let us keep our bags behind the desk while we waited for our night flight.

Goed hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Goede accommodatie, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij kwamen al om 7.00 ‘s ochtends aan, na een nachtvlucht en mochten meteen de kamers in. Ook werd er een ontbijt geregeld. Zwembad en locatie waren prima.
Met een door de receptionist geregelde tuktuk en boot, hebben we een fantastische ervaring gehad op het kanaal en de lagune. Compleet met een fruitpicknick en leuke aapjes.

Cons:

De badkamers waren niet zo schoon.

Perfect
Pros:

This was our first hotel in Sri Lanka, and it was a great place to start our holiday. Our children absolutely loved the swimming pool and had a wonderful time there. The hotel is conveniently located close to several attractions, although we would recommend taking a tuk-tuk to get around.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We stayed in the family room, which was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The bathroom was clean and perfectly adequate.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to families visiting Sri Lanka.

Tolle Unterkunft in Negombo.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war super und das Zimmer schön groß, sauber und mit Klimaanlage. Der Pool und das Frühstück waren auch toll.

Cons:

Eigentlich fehlte uns nur ein Moskitonetz über dem Bett. Wir hatten genau dafür selber welche mit. Jedoch waren die Decken so hoch, das wir es selber nicht anbringen konten. Trotzdem war es erstaunlicherweise nur mit Klima und Mückenschutzmittel eine fast Mückenfreie Nacht.

Great Scenery, Poor Room Maintenance
Pros:

The ambience was great. The swimming pool was excellent, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful.

Cons:

The room had spider webs, which made it feel unclean. The Wi-Fi did not work inside the room, so we had to come downstairs to get a connection. There were no staff available most of the time apart from the elderly receptionist, who was polite and helpful.

The toilet door lock was damaged, and there was no hot water during our stay. There were also many mosquitoes, and it would have been helpful if mosquito nets had been provided. There was no wiper/squeegee in the washroom, and no bathroom slippers were provided, which made it inconvenient.

Overall, the receptionist was a kind and helpful person, but the property needs better maintenance and improved facilities.
