Pros:

The location was good, subway was a quick walk, was easy to find using KakaoMaps, the staff were friendly and helpful, the fact that there was a washer and dryer on location for guest use was excellent.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom was very minimal/dim. An instructions sheet regarding turning on the air conditioner on the TV remote would've been helpful. More than 1 washer and dryer would've been an upgrade in case of other guests using it.

Spacious, clean, and great location, but could improve the air quality in hallways
Pros:

The room was impressively clean, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping that kept it fresh for our return. The room was much more spacious than expected, especially the bathroom. I also really enjoyed the bed; the sheets were smooth and the blanket was very nice and comfortable. Additionally, the fast Wi-Fi and TV were great perks, and the location near Anyang Station is extremely convenient.

Cons:

On our first night, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, though it thankfully disappeared by the second night after it was cleaned. I also noticed a lingering smoke smell in the hallway and elevator at times, which seemed to depend on whether other guests were smoking nearby.
