- Low shower pressure, but room was on 10th floor so could be a result of that
- Door locks didn’t feel secure
- Dust on shelves/corner of room behind table
- TV limited to Bluetooth music or Android screen share which was frustrating. Certain channels had an echoed audio (5USA specifically)

Everything, fast check in, great room, well played out comfy bed.
Nothing it was great
The room was clean, well appointed and quiet. It was at the end of a corridor, so not much passing foot traffic, although the room doors slammed nosily if they were let go. Even though my room overlooked Glasgow Central station, it was very quiet with no noise entering from outside. The bed was comfortable, and I had the option to not have the room made up every day as it was not necessary. It was puzzling that the bathroom had no operational plug in the wash basin. I understand this was to reduce the risk of flooding, but it wasted a lot of water.
Breakfast was perfunctory, with the basics on offer, some of which were better quality than others. The instant porridge was tasteless with an awful texture. There are much better alternatives available for those that don't want a carb heavy offering. The coffee was good with three separate machines to cater for the breakfast rush, but it was crowded and there was not much room to move between people at the counters.
