Very disappointing experience, this did not feel like a Marriott property at all.
We stayed in a Junior Suite, but the room was poorly maintained. We found cockroaches in both the bedroom and bathroom, while the sheets and towels looked yellow and far from fresh.
Breakfast was also disappointing. The selection was poor, and I ended up eating mostly fruit and eggs every morning, which I do not mind, but we are talking about Marriott, I do not mind eating Indonesian food, but I mean the food could be better than what they served. Complimentary unfiltered coffee was only offered on the first day; when I asked for black coffee from the espresso machine, I was told to pay. I don’t mind paying for extras, but basic coffee should be part of breakfast.
Our room was directly beneath the breakfast/lounge area, so every morning we were woken and disturbed by people dragging chairs and tables, especially at night when the staff prepared the breakfast area. There seemed to be no consideration for guests staying underneath.
The biggest concern was the seafood all-you-can-eat dinner. Both of us suffered severe diarrhea afterward. When we asked whether the hotel had received similar complaints, we received no clear answer. The only response was an offer to speak with the chef.
With cockroaches, questionable cleanliness, excessive noise, poor breakfast, and a concerning food experience, this was far below what I expect from a Marriott property. Management seriously needs to review its housekeeping, F&B, and guest-service standards.
Struttura pulita, camera comoda e grande. Noi abbiamo preso una vista mare. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Possibile mangiare in struttura. Ottima la colazione. Vicino alla città’, lato dell’isola ad ovest dove tramonta il sole, dall’albergo si vedono degli splendidi tramonti.
L’hotel è posizionato in una zona dell’isola soggetta alla bassa marea. La settimana in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi al mattino il mare si ritirava completamente, per trovare delle spiagge bisogna spostarsi con lo scooter verso nord per circa 20/25 minuti, detto questo le spiagge dell’isola non soggette alla marea sono spettacolari, un vero paradiso. L’hotel non ha la spiaggia, al mare si accede con una scaletta di cemento, , nessuna sdraio o lettino in zona mare, solo in zona piscina.

La ubicación, ya que es una isla en desarrollo y, muchos otros hoteles estaban alejados de todo. El staff súper agradable, especialmente Egi que me ayudó mucho y, la chica de recepción. Mi vuelo llegó muy temprano y por un precio adicional asequible pude alojarme en una habitación mejor y, desde muy temprano. Probablemente los mejores atardeceres que podrás ver en la isla fácilmente desde el hotel, el wifi era muy bueno, la televisión smart.
El desayuno está más pensado para el turista asiático.
Ten en cuenta que hay muy pocas opciones de Grab o Gojek en la isla, si conduces motocicleta no tendrás problema, si deseas trasladarte usando apps, lo tendrás complicado.
