Small rooms the only drawback.
Pros:

Japanese politeness cleanliness and efficiency

Cons:

Rooms were tiny! No cupaboard space for clothes meaning you live out of your suitcase and that takes more floor space.

Very good for first time visitors to Tokyo. Quiet and large, well laid out rooms.
Pros:

Staff made us feel right at home. Onsen was good size and pristine. Breakfast fueled you for the day and the hotel was close to transit.

Cons:

Wish you could use the terrace during the day.

Perfect!!
Pros:

There was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel, the rooms were a great size (for Tokyo). The location was great for exploring the city. The facilities and staff were really great. I would say this is one of the few hotels I have stayed in that I really couldn’t fault anything.
The hotel has convenience stores near by, a metro station and restaurants.
We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on food but we visited the bar a couple of evenings and it was very nice.

Cons:

If I was absolutely nit picking, the pillows could be fuller - but this is a personal preference and really minor!!

Great stay and value for money, would come back.
Pros:

Great location, close to the metro. The staff is so accommodating and they store your luggage after checkout. The rooms were clean and the bath facilities were nice.

Cons:

Breakfast ends quite early.
