Friendly staff. Great amenities. Decent sized rooms.

Cons:

Rooms were damp, even with AC and a dehumidifier in them. Not very comfortable beds.

Perfect stay in Kyoto!
Pros:

The location was fantastic, near major sights in Kyoto and a bus stop to get elsewhere around town right next to the hotel. The staff was wonderful, friendly, generous and extremely helpful at all times. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Kyoto!
