Pengalaman Manis @ Pontian

Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan penginapan ini. Walaupun ia sebuah budget hotel di pekan Pontian, saya benar-benar terkejut dengan tahap keselesaannya.

Asalnya cuma saya yang menginap disini kemudian lagi 4 keluarga dari rombongan kami berpindah dari hotel mereka kesini.

Bilik sangat bersih, alas katil selesa, aircond memang top notch, dan pancuran air sangat kuat serta dilengkapi heater yang berfungsi dengan baik.

Semuanya membuatkan pengalaman menginap terasa lebih selesa daripada yang dijangkakan.

Terima kasih yang tidak terhingga atas layanan mesra dan hospitality yang diberikan, terutamanya kepada Supervisor Syamsul. Beliau sangat profesional, prihatin dan sentiasa membantu. Begitu juga dengan semua staf yang lain [dari shift pagi hingga ke shift malam] — ramah, baik hati dan sentiasa bersedia menghulurkan bantuan.

Pros:

Clean and pacious room. For a small 3 star hotel, surprised to find they provided disposable toothbrushes and bedroom slippers . Located in old part of Pontian but convenience stores, fast food restaurants and small cafes all within walking distance

Cons:

We are 2 friends sharing a double bed (no more twins) and I am not happy that I have to pay extra RM5 PER NIGHT for an extra duvet which hotels usually provide for free 😒

Only 3 free parking spaces in front of hotel. If you can't get these space, you'll have to park at public parking spaces nearby. Can buy parking coupons from frontvdesk.
