A lovely stay at a former villa still in its prime
Pros:

Loved the antiques, frescoes and authenticity of the hotel. Loved the room with all the photos. Amazing staff who go out of their way to help. Wonderful breakfast. Great shower

Cons:

I would like more fish on the dinner menu. The shower was fantastic only a little slippery to step into.

A wonderful step back into the belle epoque
Pros:

If you love Belle Epoque and Art Nouveau, you’ll absolutely adore Hotel Laurin. It was built in 1905 by a banker for entertaining guests. Unfortunately, it was used as the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry of the fascist Republic of Salò. The palazzo was converted to a hotel by the current owners’ family in the 1960’s. So many art nouveau treasures are found throughout the hotel which exudes old world charm. This is contrasted by a vast collection of vibrant modern photography. The renovated junior suite in which we stayed enjoyed a beautiful view over the manicured grounds onto the beautiful Lake Guarda. The restaurant with a gorgeous garden terrace and lakeview was excellent but rather pricey for Italy. The pool was lovely and long enough for a few relaxing laps in the morning and afternoon. There was plenty of lounge chairs and other seating options in the garden to accommodate all guests. The staff was wonderfully friendly, helpful and competent. There was also a charger for our electric car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Laurin!

Pros:

We were very satisfied with our stay, the stuff was friendly and helpful, starting with the porter which greeted us and the rest of team at hotel and restaurant.
I've also liked that there are some extra towels at the pool, which is not common as I've learned after t hat stay.
Rooms are spacious and quiet.

Das Hotel Laurin kann ich nur empfehlen , Personal sehr sehr nett mann fühlt sich einfach wohl ,kommen gerne wieder auch unser kleiner Bolonka Hund fühlte sich sehr wohl ,durfte uns immer und überall begleiten.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und entspannend.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig.
