Vracamo se uvijek iznova hotel i dalje kvalitetan i dostojan 5 *

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

This is NOT A 5 star hotel - no room service, no food in the bar, restaurant closes after breakfast until 6pm. No à la carte menu, just meat or fish menu two courses and small desert, breakfast was cold and eggs were congealed, no concierge and no General Manager there but he happened to visit from the hotel on the coast the day we were there and we spoke with him. There are some good staff but they are left to their own device to manage this. We were expecting this stay to be wonderful and were sorely disappointed

Beautiful hotel, but the broken window, tram noise and lack of compensation seriously affected our stay.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, elegant and very well located. The staff were polite, friendly and pleasant. Overall, the property gives a real five-star impression, and everything was very good until the night.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the window in our room could not be closed properly. Since the tram tracks are directly below the window, the noise during the night was extremely loud. It felt as if the tram was passing through the room, almost over the bed.
Although the staff were polite and friendly, honestly nobody made any real effort to compensate us for this inconvenience. We were not offered another room, no price reduction was offered, and even the parking fee of €30 was charged in full. At the very least, waiving the parking fee would have been a fair gesture.
For a five-star hotel, this felt like poor customer service and left a disappointing impression.
