Would strongly recommend as a top class hotel.
Pros:

Big rooms (we were upgraded). Excellent spread of breakfast. Courteous and helpful staff. Early check in was permitted without hesitation.

Cons:

Outside facade needs improvement.

Pros:

Le lit était très confortable, salle de bain très grande

Cons:

Dès notre arrivée, je constate qu’il y a des cheveux sur le tapis à deux endroits, voir photo.

Pour un 5 étoiles, c’est un petit peu limite vu le prix pour une nuit de 280 € (avec parking et petit déjeuner)

Le petit déjeuner est tellement simple rien de frais, très peu de choix, les plateaux était déjà vide à notre arrivée a 9h, plus de pain ils en ont même pas rapporté alors que la Salle s’est remplis après 9 heures

Buen hotel con buena ubicación
Pros:

Las instalaciones y amenidades, el masaje y el sauna buenísimo y muy cerca del centro

Cons:

Que tomamos el paquete de primavera que era con cena y desayuno, pero solo era una cena , pienso que eso se debería especificar.

Un havre de paix au cœur de Zagreb
Pros:

L’accueil et la très grande gentillesse du personnel de réception comme de ménage et du restaurant. Toujours le sourire et un grand sens du service.
Le calme et la taille de la chambre.
La qualité du repas et des produits proposés.
Le spa privatisé et un massage thaï effectué avec dextérité.

Cons:

Juste une salle de bain un peu petite au regard de la qualité de la chambre.

Tolle Lage mit perfekter Lösung für das grosse Parkplatzproblem
Pros:

Fussläufig nah an der Innenstadt, vor Ort kostenloses Upgrade auf grösseres Zimmer erhalten, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, aufgrund der wenigen Parkplätze (30,00 EUR/Tg.) vor dem Hotel wird das Auto vom Hotelpersonal in ein nahegelegenes Parkhaus gefahren.

Cons:

Der einzige Wermutstropfen bei dem Hotel ist die laute Strasse mit rumpelnder Strassenbahn, die um zwei Seiten des Hotels führt.

Pros:

Doručak u hotelu je vrlo dobar, osoblje je izuzetno profesionalno i uslužno. Prilikom dolaska odmah smo imali doček od ljubaznog djelatnika hotela koji je odmah osigurao kolica za prtljagu te nam sve to dostavio u sobu, a naše vozilo su djelatnici parkirali u garažu što je pohvalno.
Hotel je čist, moderno uređen, te je blizu centra grada.
Sve pohvale za lokaciju, uređenost i djelatnike.

Cons:

Ono što je bio ogroman minus je bila naša soba koja se svaki put tresla kao da je potres nakon što bi tramvaji prolazili.
To je jedina zamjerka hotelu, barem što se naše sobe i kata tiče….
