No es un hotel de 5 estrellas.
Pros:

El personal se esforzó por corregir los errores de las instalaciones.

Cons:

No es un hotel de cinco estrellas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. La cama estaba usada que se hundía. La limpieza diaria solo estiraba la cama. Y la ubicación no es óptima. Al centro hag UBS Jesús hora andando.

Splendido hotel a circa 15 minuti dal centro. Camera super molto grande e davvero bella. Personale sempre a disposizione forse la colazione l avrei preferita più variegata.

Luxury and an ideal location.
Pros:

Very happy with our stay in Zagreb. All the staff who looked after us were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast gave us an excellent variety of hot and cold food and the bedrooms were large and luxurious. Ideal location for exploring the upper and lower towns of Zagreb. Car parking 30 euros a day, which is ok for the center of a capital city, but our car was well looked after. We didn't use the spa facilities during our stay. We hope to return.

Vom Personal, bis zum Zimmer alles bestens!
Lage etwas abgelegener aber trotzdem gut.

Cons:

Das Abendessen im Restaurant, sehr teuer und die Tortellini in der Suppe waren nicht mal durch.
Das Gratis Menü einen Tag später bzw in der Sommeraktion war so Übersalzen das wir es nicht aufessen konnten.

Pros:

Very friendly staff and well-maintained premises.

Cons:

The nearby tram tracks caused some low level vibrations several times at night which is why I rated the sound level as not perfect.

Breakfast at Le Premier in Zagreb was an excellent experience from start to finish. The Mimosa was absolutely delightful and the perfect way to begin the morning. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour, with plenty of delicious choices to enjoy. What made it even more special was the elegant and relaxed ambience, creating a wonderful atmosphere for a leisurely breakfast. Combined with attentive service and a beautiful setting, it was a memorable dining experience that I would happily recommend.
