Niet heel voordelig, maar zeker wel de moeite waard
Pros:

Duidelijk een 5 sterrenhotel. Mooi pand, parkeren voor de deur, chique aangekleed en hele mooie kamers. De kamers waren zeer ruim, met fijne bedden. Het ontbijt was erg goed, met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Binnen een paar minuten sta je in het mooie centrum van Zagreb.

Cons:

Ik was zelf verbaasd over de receptie. Er zitten twee mensen achter een normale tafel naast de deur. Daarnaast nog een klein tafeltje met een printer voor het papierwerk. Over het personeels geen kwaad woord hoor, maar je verwacht van zo'n mooi hotel een wat meer entree.

The hotel is a lovely, clean and comfortable place to stay. The room was beautiful with a fantastic bathroom, the breakfast was divine, the spa facilities were great and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Ideally located for walking into the city centre.

We stayed one night which was not long enough to appreciate the beauty of the building
Pros:

Beautiful building and surrounding area. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and always a smile.

Leggere sempre bene le informazioni
Pros:

Camere molto spaziose e pulite, letto oversize comodissimo.
Colazione ricca e gustosa, abbiamo apprezzato anche la cucina dello chef nel ristorante in quanto scelto la mezza pensione in hotel

Cons:

Nel pacchetto mi era stata offerta la possibilità di godere 2 ore della spa (chiamarla spa un eufemismo, era una stanza massaggi di cui avresti dovuto prenotare due giorni prima, ma essendo in vacanza e arrivati oggi impossibile, una stanza fitness è zona Wellness inesistente, se non sauna ma da attivare richiesta due ore prima) perciò direi che i servizi plus non vanno segnati come un benefit

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Als Familie hätten wir uns zwei Zimmer gewünscht, die direkt nebeneinander liegen oder sogar eine Durchgang Tür haben. Leider war dies nicht möglich.

Superbe hôtel alliant élégance et confort!
Pros:

l'emplacement de l'hotel à quelques minutes du centre ville et des lieux d'attraction de Zagreb.
Le stationnement dans la rue est abordable 13€ la journée (les places sont tout de même rares)
Profitez des séances de massages Thai fait du bien surtout quand on a fait un long voyage la veille.
Le personnel est aux petits soins et les chambres sont particulièrement spacieuses, confortables et très bien équipées.

Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda y grande. El desayuno muy completo y el personal amable.

La ubicación, aunque estaba bien, quizás un pelín más céntrico hubiese sido mejor. Pero todo perfecto.
