Perfekt!
Pros:

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Die Auswahl zum Frühstück war hervorragend. Zimmer klein, aber fein und sehr stilvoll. Alles sauber und gepflegt!

Bardzo miły, życzliwy personel. Hotel przytulny, w starej kamienicy, o przyjemnie urządzonych wnętrzach. Czajnik i kubki w pokoju pozwoliły wypić wieczorną herbatę, tak przyjemną po całodziennych atrakcjach. Nazajutrz - elegancko podane śniadanie.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war rundum schön.
Pros:

Frühstück war hervorragend, sowie auch der Service. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sowie auch das Bad war geräumig und sehr schön. Farblich passend zum Zimmer. Im Bett haben wir sehr gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Wir können nichts negatives sagen.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

am Sonntag haben wir in Ihrem Hotel übernachtet. Wir waren zu dritt, darunter ein Kind. Für das Kind war jedoch keine Bettwäsche vorhanden, sodass es nicht unter normalen Bedingungen schlafen konnte.

Ich habe für einen Aufenthalt in einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel bezahlt. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption teilte mir mit, dass sich der Hotelmanager mit mir in Verbindung setzen und uns einen kostenlosen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel anbieten würde. Bis heute hat sich jedoch niemand bei mir gemeldet.

Daher bitte ich um eine teilweise Rückerstattung des Betrags, den ich für die Übernachtung bezahlt habe, da der Aufenthalt nicht dem üblichen Standard eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels entsprach. Das Kind hatte keine Bettwäsche bzw. keine Bezüge für die Bettwäsche. Dieser Mangel wurde bereits vor Ort gemeldet, und der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat sich selbst davon überzeugt.

Ich möchte diese Angelegenheit nicht einfach so auf sich beruhen lassen. Daher bitte ich darum, dass sich jemand von Ihnen mit mir in Verbindung setzt und mir mitteilt, wie Sie dieses Problem lösen möchten. Ich bitte um eine konkrete und angemessene Lösung, da ich die Angelegenheit nicht unbeachtet lassen werde.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich!!

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit und das um 16.30Uhr noch keine Reinigung im Zimmer statt fand.Erst nach Nachfrage wurde das Zimmer gereinigt…Am ersten Abend um 20.00Uhr Dusche überlaufen auf Grund mangelnder Reinigung .
