Lovely for what we needed
Pros:

Clean and spacious suite

Cons:

Very quiet hotel, with a lot of it under construction or still being decorated and finished. A lot of work men around and we didn’t see any guests during our stay, which was odd for July in Spain!

Täglicher Baulärm ab 7 Uhr, ein enttäuschendes Frühstück, veralteter +schmutziges Gesamtbild
Pros:

Der größte Pluspunkt dieses Hotels ist ohne Zweifel der wunderschöne, große und sehr gepflegte Pool. Auch die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider war der Rest unseres Aufenthalts enttäuschend. Die Zimmer wirkten schmuddelig, teilweise sogar schimmelig, die Bettwäsche war verschmutzt und auch Terrassen sowie Zugangsbereiche waren ungepflegt.

Das Frühstück war eine große Enttäuschung. Der fensterlose Frühstücksraum erinnert eher an einen Schulungsraum, die Auswahl war sehr dürftig und selbst einfache Dinge wie das Nachfüllen der Milch am Kaffeeautomaten funktionierten trotz mehrfacher Hinweise nicht.

Zusätzlich gab es ab 7 Uhr morgens Baulärm, keine Hotelbar oder Möglichkeit, Getränke zu bestellen, und die abgelegene Lage bietet außer dem Pool keinerlei Abwechslung. Durch die nahe Flugroute ist zudem mit erheblichem Fluglärm zu rechnen. Auch deutsche Fernsehsender waren nicht verfügbar.

Insgesamt können der schöne Pool und das freundliche Empfangspersonal die vielen Mängel leider nicht ausgleichen. Für uns stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

Wir waren insgesamt leider sehr enttäuscht.

Der tägliche Baulärm ab 7:00 Uhr morgens machte an Erholung kaum zu denken. Das Frühstück war qualitativ und von der Auswahl her äußerst schwach und entsprach keinesfalls dem Standard, den man erwarten darf.

Auch der Golfplatz konnte uns nicht überzeugen. Er wirkte menschenleer, ungepflegt und insgesamt nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Wer einen modernen und lebendigen Golfurlaub sucht, wird hier eher enttäuscht.

Sehr schade fanden wir außerdem, dass es am schönen Pool keinerlei Bar oder Getränkeservice gab. Auch am Abend fehlte jede Möglichkeit, gemütlich etwas zu trinken oder den Tag in geselliger Atmosphäre ausklingen zu lassen. Es gibt praktisch keinen Ort, an dem Gäste miteinander ins Gespräch kommen können.

Insgesamt fehlt der gesamten Anlage Atmosphäre und Leben. Das Hotel hat zwar Potenzial, müsste aber in vielen Bereichen deutlich modernisiert und serviceorientierter geführt werden.

Hoffentlich nach dem Umbau wieder gut!
Pros:

Schöne Anlage die gerade komplett renoviert wird. Daher sehr viel Baustelle. Aber tolles Golfclubheim und toller Pool. Bin gespannt wie es wird wenn der neue Besitzer alles fertig gestellt hat.

Cons:

Alles ziemlich abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Frühstück und Essen ist weder den Preis noch eine Erwähnung wert.

Experiencia maravillosa, volveremos seguro
Pros:

El hotel es increíble, muy bonito. Las instalaciones al igual eran muy bonitas, tanto piscina como porche y la habitación. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama era muy cómoda, el aire iba de maravilla por lo que no pasamos nada de calor y luego algo que me gustó mucho fue que tenían cortinas antitranslucidas por qué lo podías dormir bien fuera la hora que fuese. El personal fue muy amable y servicial desde Aroa que nos hizo el check in hasta las camareras del desayuno y limpiadoras.

Cons:

La única pega es que no hay gran variedad de restaurantes por la zona para elegir pero el restaurante está genial
