What you waiting for? Book it !!
Pros:

The following staff members ; lifeguard Isaias, manager gabi,guest relations aria and the lovely waitress Estefânia, I was travelling solo since
loosing my husband. The would have loved this hotel.

and all of the above didn’t know the story but I couldn’t hide my tears at the excellent service I got, then when I told them I got hugs too! The beautiful swimming pool, the food and of course the amazing bed was just what I needed to make my mind body and spirit forget reality just for a short while

Cons:

Pros:

La zona es muy tranquila y las instalaciones son muy chulas , para desconectar va de 10.
Buffet muy bueno por las mañanas para el desayuno.

Cons:

Hay varias cosas ;

1- no había ningún camarero en el bar de la piscina ni en el recepción si querías tomarte algo tenías que ir al salón donde se hacen las cenas y estaba un poco lejos.
2- Nos quedamos 2 noches y en la primera no nos limpiaron la habitación y a la siguiente nos fuimos, habitación sin hacer.
3- Esto es algo más personal ya pero en la cena no es buffet, es menú cerrado y te tienes que ceñir a lo que hay y la verdad que la primera noche no nos gustó mucho lo que había para cenar

Lovely Complex, beautiful grounds & inviting pool. Comfy beds & pillows, good selection at breakfast

We were given a room right at the back of the complex. Also no English news channel on tv

Airplane delay.
Pros:

Very helpful reception as we were very late arriving.
Super room.
Elegant hotel. Great for golfers but a bit too far from anything else to do.
Lovely clubhouse for a meal/snack.

Stod fyra stjärnor men det skulle jag inte säga att det var. Gemensamma ytorna renoverade med fin inredning men även rummen skulle behöva fixas till.
