Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenes aber gut in Schuss gehaltenes Mittelklasse Hotel etwas außerhalb von Slave Lake. Lagewünsch Zimmer wurde perfekt berücksichtigt. Komfortable ruhige Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und allem was man braucht.
Aufzug total vermüllt und schmutzig. Frühstück eher dürftig. Keinerlei Kulanz bei der check-out Zeit (ich hatte nur um ein paar Minuten gebeten) und sehr unkanadisch-unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin beim check-out

Rooms were very clean, included breakfast was good, and the price through this booking site was good.
Front desk Staff was slow to respond even when they weren't busy. The room card failed two days in a row, so after a hard days work, you had to wait to get i to the room..TV quit working due to pushing the wrong buttons, got no answer when I phoned the front desk to get guidance.

Operating the tv was very difficult, even with provided instructions that were not helpful.
Lighting is minimal, a detriment.
The breakfast was just ok but the hotel was clean it would say this hotel is just average.

Beds were not comfortable, found so many hair in washroom.
Breakfast was great! I enjoyed the waffles with bananas, but would have liked to have the option of whipped cream for it. Coffee to go was great as well.
The registration staff would not let me use the public bathroom after I had checked out and went to have breakfast. She gave me back my key and told me to use the bathroom in the room that I'd checked out of. When I got to the room, the cleaning staff were already in there and after explaining to her, she took me back to registration, got the key and let me into the public bathroom. Very disappointing experience!
Sehr schön gelegen - habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht erreichbar.
Frühstück ist gut.
Würde dort jederzeit wieder Station machen.
